I started working for this company in August 2023 it's January 4, **** and I have been terminated by the company for "cutting a clients service short" which is false. They have a system which has a timer on it for each client's service. The timer on my table for the services in question has zero on it's timer and I showed them on camera at the time of questioning. Which means I completed the service in the time that was given to me by the system in which they made. There is no way I could possibly alter their system or the timer on the tablet. When I asked how is it my fault if I'm going off the timer on the tablet I was told "I'm sorry". I believe that I was terminated because I was the only black woman there. This is not the first incident I was previously talked to about my "timing" 11/29/2023 which is why I made it my business to make sure I was giving each client their appropriate time for their service by making sure their services didn't end before the timer on the tablet has ended. When I first started there was another black woman working there, she told me that she felt discriminated against because she kept getting wrote up for ***** reasons she eventually quit shortly after expressing her discomfort with the company. I am very passionate about what I do so to be terminated on false terms not only is discouraging but it is a deformation of character and my license. I haven been told that I was "rude and disrespectful" when having conversations with them and they don't like my answer because I am a black woman whenever a white woman speaks to me I'm just suppose to say "okay" anything other than that is grounds for me being called everything except a professional. I am very passionate about what I do, and I don't appreciate the privilege and entitlement these people have to mask their lies. My sales, upgrades, and rebooks speak for itself. I made a few mistakes however nothing that I should have been terminated for and NONE at the time of termination.
