    They wouldn't take my 82yo mother's return back. She bought it for christmS this is 1/31. They originally. Told her she has until 1/31st as long as it's postdated as such. So when she told Mark (not) she was going to cancel her acct. He told her she couldn't until she paid for everything. And he said and if u stop payment we will report to the credit bureau. I believe they are real bullys with a long time cust.

    ShopHq has again started offering Return Labels for $9.99 each. While it sounds good, they FAIL to Disclose that MUCH of their merchandise "is Not eligible to be" Returned to Their Location - meaning "Customer MUST pay Full UPS/USPS Return Price". Purchased 2 - Calli Lily Lamps. Since I opened one, it looks Way Different - than on T.V. I want to send other Back "Unopened". SHOPHQ will Not allow Label to be Printed or Offer to Email Label - since the item Must Go BACK to Seller (not ShopHQ)! Estimate $40-$50.00? Since this information Was Not disclosed Pre-purchase, I asked about Spendable Cash for the difference!! I even advised SHOPHQ CSR that I could Call Back "After I mailed" with exact amount. "CSR Ben (Phillipines) said 'NO' and advised 'There is No Supervisor - I could be referred to'. " * I/ We understood when this Small Business had Problems with their Mailer. However, they should MAKE a Point of TELLING Customers - "If you Don’t Like the Item, you'll have to PAY Full Mailing Cost to 'wherever it must go (Canada, China, or St. PAUL MN)' - Meaning FULL DISCLOSURE. "

    Long standing customer of ShopHq for over a decade who will no longer be purchasing from them due to the current return policy. ShopHq always had a much less customer friendly return policy than other shopping channels in that fine jewelry and larger items almost always had to be self paid if returning and this can get very expensive - some of this could be overlooked since they had many brands such as Waterford not available on other networks. I just purchased a few christmas decor items and found out that the company is no longer providing Smart Return Labels so now the customer must bear the full cost for returning pretty much everything. I purchased a topiary that I was not as impressed with in person and was going to return but given the newer policy the shipping cost is close to the amount of the item since it is large and somewhat heavy. ShopHq could have notified customers ahead of the change (or flag at the time of purchase) but chose not to. I understand stores don't like getting returns but the flip side is that customers will purchase more in the long run if they can return for a limited/set fee. Very disappointed in this company which I know has gone through some challenges over the last 1-2 years. They are no longer competitive if Smart Labels aren't available. I won't advise other customers to steer clear as they still offer some great brands, but customers need to understand that it will be costly if they need to return large, expensive, or weighty items.

    I purchased 2 items from this company. I received them. However, I then received duplicates of these items, which I did not order. I contacted customer service. They told me to return the items at my shipping expense. They made an error and would not even refund the $7.00 shipping cost. I did receive a refund for the item on my credit card. I sent a letter with the returned item explaining my disappointment and frustration with this lack of customer service in handing this situation. I have been a customer of this company for many years. I understand that mistakes happen. However, ShopHQ's response was totally unacceptable. Buyers be ware!

    Don’t believe them when it says 6-8 business days for your delivery. On September 27, 2024 I ordered some Bantana oil with an expected delivery date of 8 business days. Today is October 24,2024 and I still haven’t received my package. Hurricane Halena and Milton done came and left Florida and my package still hasn’t arrived. When you go to file a complaint there’s a gmail address nor do they respond back. This is unfair to the consumer.

    Too bad I have to give them at least 1 star. I purchased a fitness platform from them and realized within 2 hours that it was being shipped to my previous address. I called and emailed them, and they have the worse customer service and refused to either change my address or cancel my order because supposedly it was already processed for shipping. They shipped it out 2 days later and ignored all my effort to have it not shipped to that old address in another State. I disputed the charge with my Bank and got my money back. Now they send a collection agency after me and put a collection on my credit report! Miraculously they now know my current address. Now I just paid for a product I never received. I will NEVER deal with these scammers again.

    I purchased a $300 Silver Samuel B Multi Gemstone ring from Shop HQ. Upon receiving the ring, I noticed two gemstones were missing leaving two gaping holes on the ring with nothing in it. I returned the defective ring immediately with a completed Merchandise Return Form. They received the returned item. Weeks went by but no credit was given to my original payment method (credit card). I called their customer service over three times requesting a refund, but they kept insisting it was processed. In conclusion, they simply never credited me for my returned merchandise despite receiving it. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. HORRIBLE defective item, and HORRIBLE customer service. I will NEVER again buy anything from Shop HQ.

    I prefer to give the 0 stars. I purchase an anuschka handbag for $100 kiss lock closure and a matching wallet for $80. The handbag was defective it would not stay closed at all. I told two reps I was sending it back for a refund and wanted to send the matching wallet because I would not have the purse to match it. I was told that was no problem I would be refunded the amount for both. However, after 14 days, (told it would be 3-5) no refund and they charged me a return fee of $7.95. Shophq should be ashamed of how they do business. They should stop selling items and go off of the TV until they can improve their products and how they do business. ShopHQ, Shame on you all. You take people's money immediately, however, you take your time when refunding it. 14 days is a lot longer than 3-5. And you lied saying you would refund the money, and you did not. I will never shop with them again.

    I have been hounded by a collections agency unjustly for $36.00, and this has been reported to the credit agencies, ruining my credit when iIT WAS THE FAULT OF HSN. I bought Jimmy Chu perfume back in August, 2023, and have bought things since then. I have consistently updated my VISA debit card # with SHOP HQ, and they have made many withdrawals from my account since then. There's NO earthly reason for this crap to happen. Am I irate??? You betcha! AND... so done with SHOP HQ. Actually, a review of my payment history page on th SHOP HQ website doesn't even show the purchase of Jimmy Chu, even though the collections agency woman was able to pull it up on their end. Shoddy accounting practices, BEWARE!

    I bought three necklaces from Lorenzo Oro on HQ first one broke within two weeks. I had it fixed notified them requesting the money that it cost me to get it fixed now the same necklace broke and his lost second necklace is broken and they will not accept them back because it’s past 30 days And as a manager to call you back get hold your breath all you want. They’ll never call you back the worst customer service ever.
