The good - The work the owner of the company did in my home was great. He removed old light fixtures, replaced them with puck lights and upgraded outlets. He also moved a wall a few inches to open up a walkway and did a fantastic job drywalling, filling cracks and spraying texture to match my existing popcorn ceiling.The bad - The second part of my project - cabinet install - was delayed (not Leading Edges fault), but the cabinet delay drove the project timeline out months. The owner told me to contact him once I had the install date from my cabinet company, which I did. The owner responded saying, "great! I'll get you on the books" and told me he would call me once he returned from a trip over the weekend. He "ghosted" me, never calling me. he did not return my texts or calls as the install date loomed closer. He left me stressed and scrambling to remove my kitchen floor before the cabinets could be installed (the floor removal was done by myself and my 2 parents in their 70s [which they should not have had to do]). His disappearance has left me with essentially a 70% completed job and bailed on the remaining 30%.Overall, I was pleased at first, but am left deeply disappointed with his lack of communication which equals lack of respect for his customers. If the reason he disappeared is that he took on too much work to fit me in, I would be more receptive to him calling to state that he took on too much, than to be ghosted and left to hang. We never had any issues, so his ghosting me is a reflection entirely on himself and how he conducts business.

PROMISED exceptional QUALITY. He was the highest bid we received, but we went with him anyway as he was a great salesman. $120,000.00 remodel.Ridiculous timeline. Original end date possibly by Thanksgiving but not likely. First week in January we received communication that they were wrapping up. **** stopped showing up in March and bailed on an unfinished project that was paid for. Project falling apart less than a year after install.Newly installed wood floors are HORRIBLE. Can never be finished again because they sanded so deep. He filled cracks with putty which has now swollen out of cracks, visibly looks terrible but also scratching our feet as we walk. **** chose to pick up our custom cabinets and install himself signing waiver. We were not aware of this. Since he has bailed, no one is accountable. He INSTALLED HARDWARE UNEVEN which ruined cab. doors that we have to replace. *************** has been wonderful to work with but are not willing to cover the damage done on an sloppy install. We are paying out of pocket to fix our ****** black walnut cabinets. (That we already paid for once)Grout chipping. Vanity leaking. HORRENDOUS PAINT JOB. Unstained patio door, un finished exterior window install. The only good thing was the demo and his initial quality and attentiveness given to the job. To make matters worse, he has not responded since March when sent our final incidentals invoice or offered to remedy this situation. I hope he never does this to anyone else.
