Amazing company from start to finish. They were friendly and helped us through the insurance claims process. Once approved, we got a beautiful new roof. The roofers did a fantastic job. Communication was great throughout. Highly recommend!

Hello everyone that had some damage to your homes. First sorry for the inconvenience. Then I can tell you my experience with Omega Exteriors. Like many you have door pounders. This was not the case with me in 2023 in Lakeville MN. A neighbor had called them up and I did not even realize that we had damage until I talked to my neighbor. I used to do construction, and replace a ton of roofs, however age has caught up with me. I did go on my roof and looked, seeing that I also had damaged I walked over and talked to the neighbor and then asked Jordan R if he had time to look at mine also. He stated that he had multiple appointments scheduled but would be happy to look at it as soon as he was done with my neighbor. Needless to say, damage was there, and the process was started. Jordan worked with my insurance co. American Family. Everything went smooth and within two or three days everything was approved. It took a couple months with scheduling, but all went well. Jordan R's crew were professional and courteous. Any issues that came up were handled and taking care of. I was so Impressed that I recommended three other neighbors whom all went with Jordan. One neighbor had huge issues with his insurance company. Not American Family! Jordan worked relentlessly with them and Omega Exteriors, Jordan were correct in their assessment. I would highly recommend Omega Exteriors in Farmington Mn and ask for Jordan R. Very friendly and professional. Andy M.

Omega did a wonderful job on both our roof and gutters. They were so easy to work with and Yvette handled everything perfectly. She was a great communicator throughout the whole process.

They did a good job. Quick, professional, and handled everything. They even did a few extra things that I've been putting off doing myself (repaired and wrapped my garage door trim, painted an external radon system to match the house/roof color).
