I traded my car into this dealership in August '24. They attached temporary license plates to the car I bought from them, saying they'd send the new plates to me. Well, two days before the temp plates expired, I still didn't have the new ones. I called. They said they'd look into it and call me back. They didn't call. I had to call again the next day. They then let me know they hadn't even sent them yet, but would send them that day fusing 2 day shipping. So, I finally got them 3 days after the temp plates expired. Next problem, I got a bill from the ***************************, saying I failed to pay tolls using the car I had traded into the dealership. Obviously I had not been to ********. I asked the *** for advice and they said to call the dealership as it was their responsibility to transfer the title. I called the dealership again and their response was "that's not good." He said that the car was sold at auction and he would see who bought it and call me back. Guess what. He never called me back. I'm still trying to get it worked out with the ***************************. Do not buy from this dealership. It's not worth it.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They are beyond shady. We test drove a car and had our mechanic do a pre inspection that WE paid for. They picked it up from our mechanic the next morning without notifying us and sold it to someone else. We are out the money for the inspection and they don't seem to care at all. I called and told them l'd put a down payment down on the car when the other person was apparently taking a test drive. *** told us he'd talk to **** when we he was back from the test drive and that we should have first priority, but never even called me back. I'm beyond furious about this very shady dealership. I read the poor reviews online and now I see why. Disgraceful!

Would like to report a small auto dealer business in **********, **. Dakota County Auto. I don't know if they do this with all their customers, but they sold me a used car with some major issues. Everything seemed okay when I test drove it, but a few days after the purchase I took it to my auto mechanic for a used car inspection and there are a number of issues with it. My question is why would the dealership sell a car that hasn't been given an oil change, needs a new sensor, and a new ball joint in the front passenger tire. And the front brakes are at 50%. They did not ask me to sign an 'As Is' Statement/form. When I called them they were rude and treated me like someone they wanted nothing to do with. Perhaps others have had a good experience with them, but I did not. Perhaps it's because I'm an older woman shopping alone.

I live in ************ ** 3.5 hrs from Dakota Motor Co.On April 22nd 2023 the last crappy wintery day we both had with **** winds we went up to look at a couple Jeeps. My son found 1 he liked and we thought was OK at the time. We purchased it and brought it home. Note this was a Saturday afternoon by Monday morning my son gave me a ride to work. As we were going down a hill there was a severe sway in the Jeep. I called and spot to **** and addressed my concern. He told me to take it and have it checked and get back to him. I asked if he preferred I take it the local Jeep Dealer. H I s response God no they are crooked f%$#&s. He asked if I knew a private mechanic. I told him yes so I made a appoint to have him check it. It took 2 weeks to get it in with him. When he did check it he found the sway bar broke and wedged in rt rear tire. The sway bar broken. A question spot in frame. I called back and spoke to ****. He said to bring up and they would look at it. I said I was not comfortable driving 3.5 hours back up for the to look at. I told him to send a flatbed and they could take it back and give me my money back plus trade in value. I was told by **** a family member of the bussiness I was being unreasonable. I drove it home and I could drive it back. At that distance many things could happen to send a flat bed and i was told that was unreasonable. I have photos and both people who have been working on it say it has been this way for a long time. **** told me his people had checked it and a oil change had been done. So in my opinion they knew the issues how could they not. In my opinion having read other reviews. If you live more than a 1/2 from them do ot buy from them or else's issues will be your expense.

RIPOFF ARTISTS. BUYER BEWARE. DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME DRIVING TO LOOK AT ANY VEHICLE EVER WITH MINIMAL DESCRIPION AND LESS THAN 10 PHOTOS AS THESE VEHICLES HAVE. SO, YOUR'RE GONNA HAVE MY 18 YEAR OLD SON DRIVE 3 HOURS TO LOOK AT A 20K ****** THAT BARELY STOPS AND HAS WORN BRAKE CALIPERS?! YOU WANNA ENDANGER CHILDRENS LIVES?! ITS A GOOD THING I WASN'T WITH BUT I WAS A TEXT AWAY THANKFULLY TO PREVENT HIM FROM MOVING FORWARD WITH THAT TRASH. SUNROOF BARELY CLOSED AS WELL WHICH IS A 1K REPAIR AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN LISTED, THEY ALSO COVERED RUST WITH AN EPOXY STYLE GLUE, AND THE HEADLINER WAS TRASHED. OH, AND WHO IS THIS OLD MAN OWNER WHO THINKS HES A TOUGH GUY SELLING RODE HARD AND PUT AWAY WET TRASH VEHICLES? YOU NEED TO DO LESS TALKING AND MORE REPAIRING OF THE GARBAGE YOU SELL. ONE OF THESE DAYS YOU WILL FACE A LAWSUIT FOR ENDANGERMENT OR SOMETHING ELSE THAT WILL GET YOU SHUT DOWN. THERE IS A REASON THEY DON'T LIKE 3RD PARTY INSPECTION HERE, AND A REASON THEY DON'T SELL FOREIGN OR ANYTHING OUTSIDE AN SUV REALLY; ITS BECAUSE THEY HAVE ZERO SKILLSET WHEN IT COMES TO MECHANICS, AND ONLY FOCUS ON CERTAIN VEHICLES THEY KNOW THEY CAN EASILY RIP PEOPLE OFF ON. IF YOU BUY HERE, YOU MUST BE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING YOU ABSOLUTELY CANT FIND ELSEWHERE, BECAUSE ANY OTHER REASON WOULD BE FOOLISH.

There should be a negative star for this company! My daughter purchased a Jeep on 12/4/21 from them. Traded her Jeep ($5K), put down $2K and has made 3 payments to the bank. When the title didn't arrive we contacted them to which is took several calls and emails for them to respond. I finally get to speak with someone and they state that there is an issue with the title which is why it is held up by the state. Apparently, the title shows 64K mileage instead of the 50K the Jeep shows. I have had no follow up from the owner and the whole company is appearing a bit shady. Beware! DO NOT buy from this company. They have stated there are potential options such as returning the Jeep...mind you, they have sold her old Jeep already as well. This is the WORST **************** that I have ever experienced, not to mention, I believe they are not operating legally.
