We had a backed up floor drain, and called them because they offered financing and had the best rating. Because our home has not gotten maintenance done ever there was a whole host of problems that needed to be worked out. The employees gave us many options from the most expensive to the least expensive, and did not push services or products when we said no. The only complaint I do have is that I do have is the prices are extremely high, but the service was worth it. Jon, Alex, Royce, and Tyler were exceptional! They were all very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my family and friends with the caveat that the price is high.

Had issues with tree roots in my main sewer line. Tyler and Alex came out and cleaned them all out, and discovered some further issues with the nearly 100 year old sewer line itself. Royce and Daniel came out (9/29/2023) and gave it a great relining. They were ontime, clean, and even disinfected the area before leaving. Didn't hurt that they love cats :). The price of the tree root job was deducted from the price of the relining job. Total was fair, unlike other plumbers in the area I could mention - no hard sell for stuff you didn't need. Highly recommended.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great ???? very helpful . I have an outside faucet repair referal from Neighborly.com & got Mr. rooter. The service was done in 15mins and was charge for $933.12 on top of $59.00 prior to coming out. The price qouted before was $99.21 and the $59 as dispatch fee so I signed it. To my surprise the price was jack up. The retail value of woodworth faucet is less than $50. But the labor cost is horrindous and the invoice was sent a day later when I requested to review. They would not even allow me to talk to the technician that did the work since I am the one that talk to him and he showed me on his ipad the amount is less than $100. I have photos of before and after work, I also have qouted from other companies that the cost or replacement is only $200 more or less.

It clearly shows a description and price of the job of $992.12. It shows a credit of $59 that was collected when the technician was dispatched to your property. It shows a potential savings of $99.21 (if you were to become a member. (Maybe this is what you focused on)It shows a subtotal of $933.12 Tax $0.00 Total $933.12 It has our terms and conditions and a place where you signed off on the price before any work was performed. We have employed this business practice to ensure the customer is not only hearing but seeing all descriptions and costs before we start a job to avoid any misunderstandings, confusion or surprises.Upon completion of the work the technician provided the complete invoice showing all work descriptions, prices, and totals as stated above. Which you signed three items prior to him leaving your property:The amount to authorized $933.12 which is the remaining balance. (Due to the $59 dispatch fee which was already collected)The acceptance that the work agreed upon was performed Authorization to charge your credit card for the amount in item 1.The invoice was emailed the next day. We also emailed the signed estimate at your request.Our business model is flat rate pricing. We charge by the job not by the hour. The technician diagnosed the tasks that needs to be performed and the price is set for that job based on materials, average labor time, business expenses. Our technician do not set the prices and that is why we did not allow you to discuss the matter with him. We are not the cheapest, nor are we the most expensive. We are licensed, bonded and insured. We strive to provide an exceptional customer service experience for a fair price. We make every effort to be transparent in our pricing.
