            When my husband and I first bought our cars here they had lied about them being inspected which in turn got us in trouble with the state. We contacted them for weeks about my warranty on my car and never got it canceled. Now its been over a year and we are selling my husbands car that we bought from them but its been over a month of calling and texting and they will not give us his warranty money back and cancel it. They have ignored us. They have told us they canceled it only to find out they havent. They keep lying about it to get us off the phone. They refused our warranty money a year ago and now we are in the same situation as last year. We just want to get the warranty money back to sell the car because we cant until we get it back.

            0n 11/13/23 turbo booster started smoking. Called sales people no resolution. The car is not drivable. 2014 **** explorer black sport 4dr SUV. Bought on 11/10/23, paid cash.

            I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

             

            Consumer called the BBB and said the business refunded their money in full and the case was resolved.
