            Better watch out, you sign a contract for a specified period, THEY WILL BILL YOU RELENTLESSLY. Don’t respond to emails, phone calls until you threaten action. They violate contracts THEY MAKE and blame you when they “forgot” about your account.

            Thank you for reaching out to us about your recent interaction with ******* I apologize for any dissatisfaction you have experienced, as our goal is to provide the best experience possible.

            I have reviewed your account, emails and the phone calls with our Company. On July 24, 2024, you spoke with ****** to inquire about services at your home. During that conversation, the agent quoted a price of $379 plus tax for the initial visit, which would then drop to $169 plus tax per quarter for subsequent services. 

            The first service, $409.79, was completed on August 4, 2024, and the second service, $182.73, took place on November 13, 2024. I noticed that we have voided the charge for the second service.

            I have nothing good to say about this company. I've used them to get rid of ants for the last 5 years. Each year, they've had to come back 3+ times to "treat" the issue. This year, they were out for the 3rd "treatment" when they informed me that they would not be spraying the outside of my home, just spot treating inside. I requested a full inside and outside treatment because I am still seeing ants inside and outside of my home. The technician was rude when he spoke to me so I called the company. The lady on the phone said that the technician would be spraying the exterior of the home. She called 5 minutes later saying that he would not be spraying the exterior. I then asked her for a refund for the service since I'm still seeing the ants and she told me they don't do that. She then stated they would come back and "treat" the property as many times as needed for free. I informed her that it's not free because I've already paid for the service. She wasn't any help and referred me back to the technician. The manager was with the technician and did nothing to correct the lack of customer service and rude behavior. The manager did state that he would refund my fee and we can part ways with our contract. I'm fine with that as long as I get my money back.

            Adams came out in Nov ************************************ our house. Tech was there for, according to my wife and daughter, approximately ***** min. He went outside, went into laundry room, was shown where mice had been getting into our office downstairs. But he didnt do anything. He did absolutely nothing, and handed my wife a bill for $320. For 10 minutes of... nothing. My daughter said to him "what are we getting billed for, you didn't do anything". When I got up to check and see what had been done... absolutely NOTHING had been done. Anywhere. No traps (just the ones I had in place). No mouse poison. Nothing. Complete joke/ripoff. I want my $ back.

            If I could give them minus stars i would. This company recently purchased East Central Exterminators. Dale and his family always provided excellent honest service, no written contracts reqired, a handshake as good as his word. Adam's took over, their business plan appears to be to provide unauthorized treatments and then dare you not to pay them. They gave me a "courtesy" call saying they were coming, then billed me for the treatment. When I objected that I never authorized the treatment, I was told I was signed up for annual spider treatment (not true) and they called. Madison then told me she would take me off the list for the "future" if I wanted. I will not be paying this bill and will bring them to small claims court if needed. Buyer beware!!!!!

The issue came down to a difference in customer notation between East Central and ******* We have a better understanding now, and ******* has already waived the **** for the service.
