            I bought a glass package from Auto City Classic Inc. via **** for a 1956 F100 restoration on 6-7-24. I installed the door glass, which seems undersized, but still works. I had the back window and Windshield installed by two different professional vintage glass installers. The back window fit fine, but the windshield is to high at 17+ inches. Both installers said it is defective and will not fit. I have had a long string of conversations with the companies Sales team and Service person over the phone and chat online. Although the sales people at least would talk to you, they can do nothing for you on a return or exchange. The Service person in Chat will not give out a name or number, and stops responding to your chats after they tell you it is within spec and there is nothing wrong with the glass. I am out about $600 roughly and have a defective windshield that will not fit./, nor will they take it back or refund my money. These guys are crooks!

            As always our customers are welcome to return any part for refund and this windshield is included   ,  if the customer wants to return the windshield along with the invoice number #****** he would be refunded ****** upon it arriving  here in good condition as he states all other parts have been installed in the vehicle with correct fit   ,  our **** team has measured upon his request several other windshield stocked here and have found the measurements to be correct for the 1956 f100 pickup .
