Zero stars (yes, they don't even deserve 1 star but BBB forces you to at least include 1 star). Our vehicle manufacturer's roadside assistance selected this company to tow our vehicle. We spoke to them on the phone to confirm the details. We were told they would arrive in 2-2.5hrs, which isn't ideal but this is the only provider offered by our manufacturer. After waiting that time period and then an additional 1.5 hrs (total of 4 hrs waiting) suggested by our vehicle manufacturer's roadside assistance, this illegitimate towing business still did not show up - this was midnight in ********* when temps were negative 30 degrees. Completely unacceptable. During that entire waiting period they also failed to answer any phone calls from us nor our vehicle manufacturer roadside service to ensure they were still coming after they appeared to be a no-show. Thankfully we had family able to come rescue us that evening. The next day, we reached out to a local dealership who had a different towing company - this other company actually showed up, answered our calls, and were professional - completely opposite of this Kievv & Krue Tow & Recovery LLC. It seems like *********** scams insurance companies, etc rather than providing an actual towing service. They left us literally in the cold, including our small child. Disgusted. I'm a very supportive of small businesses, but not this one.

Awful experience. My car was in a safe place and I left and told them where I put the keys. Next day I learned from the place I asked them to tow the car to that they hadn't towed the car because the tow truck driver didn't think there were keys in the car. No call to me and apparently no call to dispatch. I had to call them to find out what happened. They didn't ask for payment and then, when I was busy and didn't answer the phone they text me they asked that I answer the phone and then threatened to put in an order to impound my car.

There are not enough words to describe my disgust with this towing company. They strung us along four 4 hours waiting for them to show up. They kept telling us different times. Why strung us along for 4 hours? What kind of person does that to someone? Anyone that gives this guy a good review is related to him and trying to make up for all of the negative reviews. If you love having your time wasted and being constantly lied to hire him.

I think they did a great job .the car was in one piece when it made it to its destination!

Terrible service. I called them at 9:50am. They told me it would take about an hour and I can let at an online eta on when theyll arrive. As an hour pass, I checked the eta and noticed it said they were around. They were not! I waited an extra hour and called them. They said I was up next and the guy should be here in about 30 mins. An hour goes by and Im still stuck, called them again and they gave me the same answer. After that, they just stopped accepting calls. It would go on hold for a min, then it would hang up. Was stranded for almost 7 hours until a person who lived in the neighborhood offered me help, got me out no problem. S***** service. Dont expect them to show up. (Happened during winter.)
