    Jeff Belzer's failed to find ongoing transmission issues with my car. They failed to acknowledge my catalytic converter needed to be replace until multiple visits had occurred. They also failed to find an oil leak this was repaired by EZ auto after they said there was no leak. Ignoring my transmission complaints led to the disablment of my car. My car had a transmission that failed due to unusual wear that was never repaired after multiple checks at Belzer's. Each of these episodes should have been handled better. My car then spent 3 months in their parking lot during the nightmare they refer to as "customer care". FCA/Crystler Corp/Dodge was the worst "customer care" experience I have ever had in my life. 3 months, 70 calls and never did a thing.

    Do not purchase a car or truck from Jeff Belzers! They gave me false information about the tow rating on a 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500. Apparently at this car dealership you don’t have to take any responsibility for your actions. You have many choices in the twin cities to buy a car so don’t go here.!

    I would not even give them a star they lie so bad I asked if the truck ever had a plow on it they said no several times witch was a lie I have proof and pics of it i also had a trailer plug issue they said to bring it down to New Prague they would look at it right away told them I had a trailer on and could not get it off cuz there was no 12 volt power so when I got there they said no we have no time to look at it so wasted my time on driving around than brought it back down and asked the service tech to show me where the fuse is and they couldn’t even show me that what joke NEVER BUY FROM THEM I am sending it to the BBB and the attorney general to look int to this dealership they lie I have proof if anybody wants to see it

    I have had a horrible vehicle purchasing experience with this dealership. I recently purchased a slightly used (2019) Toyota vehicle from this dealership. At the time of purchase the sales person indicated that there was remote start included on the vehicle. Upon asking him to test it out, he indicated he did not believe that the vehicle came with that feature. However, I informed him that on the online posting it indicated that it did. At that time he said when/if I was able to produce the posting with the feature listed - he would "take care of it" . When I produced the posting, after several attempts to contact the sales man, I contacted the sales team. They indicated there was "fine print" on the listing and that the option was only "potentially" installed. In an attempt to "make this right" they offered to split the cost of the additional feature with me. Upon arrival to install the remote start, their service staff indicated that they could not get the remote start remotes to work correctly, and yet still asked me to pay half of the original amount. Even paying half price for something that is not completely functional seems outlandish. I told them at that time that I did not want the remote start and was told - well I'm sure they won't charge you for it. Why would I pay for something they could not install correctly. So after 6 + hours of my time, cost of gas, etc., I am leaving the dealership with something that was supposed to be included as part of the original purchase. With no recourse other than being able to publically share my story and advise others in hopes they are not unhappy with their future purchase.

    Bought a used acura RDX from Belzers a few years ago. They gave me the report, said no accidents. When I went to trade it in last month, there was an accident on the report. Either Belzers had an accident with the car while in their possession and it hadn't hit the report yet, or Belzers said there was an accident when there really wasn't. Either way they are horrible. When I called Belzers about the discrepency they said they would gladly help get me into another car. The whole thing was shifty. Needless to say I chose to lose money on my new car to just not have to deal with Belzers again. Run, don't walk from that dealership.
