    I would like to start by greeting myself , My name is ********* , Ive gotten braces overseas international in cario ***** , I came across sunny Dental located in new hope , first visit Ive came I paid $100 to get my braces fixed because one off them in back had fallen out , they didnt fix it properly so I want back a week later because they had told me there wasnt any appointment at the moment , that was in November 25th 1:30pm , waited almost couple days to get an appointment, got an appointment December 15 , want back with the same problem Ive paid $100 for , nothing changed they didnt fix my problem so I asked to come back again & they kept on telling me were booked there arent any appointments, patiently waited for an appointment to open up , got another appointment January 18th 1:30 , when I spoken with the Asian lady on the phone she had told me I didnt have to pay anything & that I could come in to get my problem fixed , *** asked her 3 times on the phone do I need pay anything , told me no when I showed up to the office this lady had changed her mind & told me that I need pay $100 to get my braces fixed that had fallen out from the back , Ive tired explaining to her that why didnt you tell me that on the phone when I asked if I needed pay & you answered me no she started giving me an attitude & started explaining my problem to customers that were sitting in the lobby , when patient information are supposed to be kept confidential , *** told her you have no rights to explain my story to anyone in this lobby , she walked away from the desk & want to the back , never came back & told me update, *** told her that I will be calling the police to fill report , officer had called me & give me this website to fill an complaint, a lot patience had told me that they want through the same problem Ive been through , this company is scam , they take people money & dont do anything for them , Im upset that my teeth wasnt fixed & I drove 45min due to lack of communication with the reception.
