In 18 years of living in our home, we had never had to replace our roof. SmartBuilders came by to look at the roof and took extensive photos and videos for us and our insurance company. We talked to other homeowners to ask about who they recommended and SB was top of the list. Working with Smart Builders Group, Inc was so reassuring as we had never been through this process.. The workmanship and professionals at every level was outstanding for both the roof and gutters replacement. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company making the process easy to understand and providing critical expertise. We highly recommend SmartBuilders for anyone having to replace their roof. I contracted with Smart Builders to replace my roof from 1999 that had sustained hail damage. My two-story house in South Minneapolis was built in 1922. Mohsen and Dave met me at the house in August 2023 and effectively worked with me through the insurance claim process for the replacement of the roof, gutters and downspouts, and got the claim approved. In addition, I asked them to replace the soffits and fascia. They advised me that insurance would not cover the soffits and fascia, and provided me with a quote for this added work. For a number of reasons, the work was postponed to the spring of 2024. Smart Builders started the work on May 6, 2024 and finished it within the week. I was very impressed with the work ethic of all the teams that did the work. This was true of the roofers, the soffits and fascia installers, and the downspouts teams. Equally important, when issues arose due to differences of mutual understanding, Dave and Mohsen were willing to engage in a dialog in order to arrive at a satisfactory solution. This, as much as anything else, spoke volumes in favor of their professionalism. I highly recommend Smart Builders, and specifically Mohsen, Dave, and their colleague Isaak, for roofing related work.Review from Jamal H

Working with Smart Builders Group, Inc was super. The workmanship on our hail damaged home was excellent, including roof and siding replacement. Just as important as the workmanship, they worked with our insurance company. Their expertise in assessing damage as well as understanding what the insurance company needs was super. Thank you.

The hail storm this year required us to get a new roof. We reached out to Mohsen as they had done our roof years ago. Mohsen helped us through inspection and insurance procedures. He is very professional and stays in contact with you through the entire job. The crews are hard workers and very efficient. They moved things we didn’t know were in the way then put them back when the job was all finished..They stayed late to clean up wayward nails and small pieces of roofing. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a roof replaced.Review from Beth R

Mohsen did an amazing job of helping us through the whole process of replacing our hail damaged roof and windows. He came recommended to us by family, and he did not disappoint. Mohsen, Isaak & the entire Smart Builders crew went beyond the call to reroof our home on two occasions during the past 5 years. Everything done timely and on budget! TOP NOTCH very professional, efficient with a high attention to the detail, including clean-up of construction debris. Great daily communication during entire process....... Mosen and the entire Smart Builders Team have done a phenomenal job for us! They were professional and timely with the project! Our family could not be more happy with the finished project. Our neighbor had Smart Builders out to inspect hail damage. We talked to Mosen and he agreed to check our roof. He even helped with a vent repair, saving my husband from the ladder! All was fine. We had hail damage to roof and siding of our home and contacted Smart Builders. *************************** went above and beyond during the whole process. He was instrumental dealing with our dysfunctional insurance company to obtain approval for the replacements needed. He worked countless hours advocating for ** and kept ** informed continuously to provide updates and well as ensure we understood the process. After getting a different insurance adjuster, ****** made the project happen. He was extremely professional, courteous, kind and knowledgeable. We couldnt have asked for a better guy to work with. The crews we had were very professional and did stellar work. They were diligent in their workmanship, cleanup and very skilled.. We are so happy with the end result. My husband and I would highly recommend ****** and Smart Builders to others.
