    On may 22nd, premium moving charged me with false fees and the time spent moving was their fault for not bringing the right equipment waisting 2 extra hrs. Charged me $1400 for a job they estimated at $700

    Two piano fees was charged and one was refunded.

    The price quote we provided you is our estimated charge not the actual cost of the move. Estimate will change if we go over the estimated working hours, and unforeseen circumstances, or if you have additional items that you failed to mention (it is your responsibility to update ** with additional items 24 hours before the move so we can adjust the estimate accordingly).

     I am rejecting this response because:

    The price was doubled from roughly $700 to $1400- the $700 estimate was for 4 hrs of work- then I was charged **** hrs of work **** hrs should not DOUBLE the price. Math people!

    With that aside- the reason the movers took longer was not my fault- they did not bring the right supplies to move the piano and wasted those two hrs trying to move the piano the hard way- if they brought the right moving supplies - they even admitted this to me that they didnt bring the right items- I should not be charged for extra time it was THEIR fault.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    It was not resolved or rectified. I need a refund for the extra time spent that you charged me for that I was not in fault if.

    Showed up hour and a half late and decided to tell a disabled household that we were disgusting and they refused to do the work. They refuse to refund our deposit. Filing fraud with bank

    The house inside was completely packed and ready to move. We were not having anything moved from GARAGE as my father stated. He brought you in and your team immediately discriminated against my parents.

    We did ask the customer (your mom) to send ** her prove of her readiness, she was rude about it and said she was disgusted and did not send anything.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    My mother did no such thing! YOUR workers and YOU called my mother disgusting and told her YOU were disgusted by them. Do not lie and turn the tables. This adds more to the proof of your lying and discrimination. Quit lying
