    I came into cost cutters after a salon had colored my hair too dark. I left before highlights was applied because I fear damage to my hair would occur. When I arrived at cost cutters they said they could fix it and put the highlights in. When hairesser was finished she informed me she was applying a toner..My hair came out basically the same color. She claimed she broke it up . I disagree. Besides I came in asking for highlights. I was charged for highlights and toner which I had rather not gotten. There was no highlights.. I told salon I wasn't paying their price they was asking for as I felt the result was not at all what was desired and quite honestly I couldn't tell she had done anything. They refused to lower price to accommodate lack of results so I left unable to obtain a reasonable agreement. My hair has been highlighted for years . I had to call my friend the next day that used to work for Regis. She highlighted it. It is ridiculous the other hairdresser couldn't have achieved same result. The hair dresser had pink hair. Anyhow the manager claimed theft of services which it wasn't. If anyone looked at cameras the would see me at front desk getting into purse for payment. I also have a witness that came with me. They called police to have me threatened if I didn't pay. For theft of services which it was not. This ordeal happened Friday the third . I paid salon 131. 94 Cost cutters ************************************************* They have no business doing hair color at that location *******************************************. 1st photo could not upload this is after I left the salon within 30 minutes. *********** claimed she broke up color. Incorrect. This also is not highlights. It's all one color!. Evidently toner reversed everything she did!

    Spoke several times to customer service with many different people with not results about problem. Got disconnected and was given several different phone numbers with no results. All I want is them to put the $75.00 dollars back on the card so I can use it. Thank you ******* ******

    Totally disappointed with the result I my highlights at Supercuts Salon Greys are showing nothing done athe back top of the head and side not showing any changes, I have asked to get my money back on the whole thing I paid $200 which is expensive to say the least.

    I scheduled consult for hair extensions Paid a deposit of $300 was never told it was not refundable My appt was scheduled fir hair extension 8/17 i called 8/8 to cancel appt due to the high cost if getting extensions I spoke with owner and she stated my money was not refundable and asked if i could just exchange service for doing a root touch up and adding some blonde streaks to my hair and she said no Owner stated she told me my money was nonrefundable and stated she gad conversation recorded I asked to see video if conversation and copies of paperwork i signed She refused I paid $300 and did not get any service

    I had a horrible experience at the 1812 *************************** location of Supercuts in *********************. I had a male stylist who I believe was named *****. My daughter has curly hair. I straightened it so she could get a hair trim that would be even. The stylist made me sit away so I couldn't see what was happening. He proceeded to wet HALF of my daughters hair and cut half of it wet and the other half dry. He took off several more inches than I requested (I requested 3 inch trim and he took closer to 7 inches). She had been growing her hair out for 6 years and it was all gone. Additionally, he refused to let my Autistic daughter have her tablet as she has sensory issues and needs it for hair time. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism I experienced. The hair stylist gave my daughter the most uneven haircut I can imagine. He was clearly rushed and not up to the task. It was careless and haphazard that he made no attempts to even out any of hte ends. It is truly appalling. I have attached pictures in my ****** review. Additionally, it was unnecessarily mean to deny a child with sensory issues her tablet to get through the experience. We paid $35 and now will have to go somewhere else so they can cut off another 3-4 inches to even out the mess. I want this money refunded to me as they did not provide the service I requested. Additionally, I will have to spend additional money to fix the problem they created.

    I had signed an agreement for I believe a 12 month term with REGUS. Part of what I signed up for was a discounted program in which the feature was to allow people to drop off, pick up and hold mail. During the start of the agreement we had several people go in to Regus and the manager and individual working at the front desk was not even aware of our company or its affiliation with regus. In addition it was during this time that the pandemic occurred making it impossible for them to provide the services they were contracted to do. I had told this to the manager and several Regus account reps and was under the impression I had paid the portion I would be charged as I was not rendered the services for the unpaid months. Now a good amount of time after I am receiving collection calls from them to " Settle my account". It was all ready settled and services were not rendered. I have seen numerous post and reviews about ********** doing this to many people. I am willing to take this public and work with whoever I need to get this resolved and make sure this discontinues.

    Went in Saturday 3/30/2024 and had a service done to my hair. Leaving the salon my hair was still wet so it was hard to see the actual color change of my hair. When I got home i finished drying my hair and noticed it was grey. I had went in with bleached blonde hair with brassy tones, I had asked them to tone out the brassiness. They changed the color of my hair completely. I left with muddy blonde, gray and sliver hair. I called the salon right away and told them i was unhappy with my hair. long story short i was giving the option by the person who did my hair to go back to her so she could attempt to fix it. I asked for my money back and the employee then put the phone down and walked away. i sat on the phone for about 60 seconds and could hear talking in the background but it wasnt to me. the phone was put down because the employee didnt like what i asked then she became unprofessional by walking away from a phone call with a customer. I hung up and called back and spoke to another employee who said that the manager would give me a call back on monday 4/01/2024. I received a call back and after explaining to the manager what happen she stated that they do not do refunds. when i asked to see the policy or where that was written she told me she had no idea where it was written, she just knew there was no cash refunds. Since hanging up with the manager i went through the entire supercuts website and not in a single place does it state no cash refunds. I paid with cash and was not given a receipt.

    ***** did my hair on 1/20/24 - she charged me $90 for a color and highlight. The color has now fallen out completely and I called today to make an appointment to come for a color but to leave out the hair that was highlighted so my hair would still have highlights. I was told the price for that would be $182! When I asked why, I was told by ****** that ***** charged me incorrectly and she didn't use a filler or toner (or something like that) and that's why my color fell out. I told her I would have no issue paying the difference between what I already paid and what the correct price is, but since they made a mistake and that's why my hair isn't holding the color, that I didn't see how it was fair that I had to pay the full price when my original price was 1/2 that. ****** got an attitude with me and said "NO, YOU WOULD BE PAYING ME TO DO IT! NOT HER!" - and further explained if I would have come in last week, she could have done it for free... so last week you can do it for free, but this week you can't do it for the adjusted correct price when you guys messed up??? I want my money back for my original process so I can take it to someone who can handle my hair appropriately.

    on 01/22/2024 I went into Supercuts to get a haircut. I had to go to someone else to get the haircut done over again. I am looking for a return back to my credit card of $23.00 I am not sure I want them doing my haircut again. I tried to call to get problem resoved through coroprate but there website is user unfriendly. I called the ********************** and they wouldn't give me a managers name
