I ordered personal checks from this place and haven’t received them. I’ve called numerous times and asked for a tracking number, to which they say they don’t have because it was shipped regular mail. I received an email saying “problem with delivery” so I’m assuming that my checks are lost. When I told them that someone can get my checks and use them, they said call your bank. Now I have to close my account and set up a new one. Closing and setting up a new account is frustrating. Their website is a joke. You have to make an account to check the status of your order, and then they can’t locate your order. I requested a refund and still haven’t received it. This is a complete mess and this company has no accountability Absolutely unacceptable! I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone.Deluxe Corporation Response

What used to be a box of at least 250 checks is now 80 checks and costs $21.00 through my bank. The last time I ordered it was a box of 250 for $14.95 - that is from $0.06 / check to $0.26 / check in 5 years which is equivalent to 433% increase in cost which well beyond the inflation we have experienced for all other products since COVID pandemic. SHAME ON YOU, DELUXE CORPORATION. I will be using a different company from here on out. CORPORATE GREED EXTRAORDINARE!Review from Tracy G

Deluxe Checks is headed for a MAJOR lawsuit!!! My original order was cancelled. I called to replace my order. Deluxe Checks shipped my checks to my old address from 10 years ago (last time I ordered checks)! I now have to CLOSE my current checking account and open a new one, recreate/update all accounts that I use for payment from my checking account and go through the stress of all of this because of an incompetent customer service representative at Deluxe Checks!!!! The customer service number is USELESS!!!! I need to be contacted IMMEDIATELY as well as compensated.Review from Penny M

I spoke with THREE incompetent representatives in placing a simple personal check order. The first representative was unable to spell my street name correctly, the second was not able to correct the mistake, the third corrected the misspelling of the street name but for some reason changed the spelling of my last name, thus making it incorrect on the checks. They sent both sets of incorrect checks to me, even though they said they cancelled the order for the first set of checks. I now have two orders of checks in which neither one is correct. This whole debacle took over an hour on the phone. I will NEVER use this company again. I wish you better luck than I had should you choose to use Deluxe.Review from Randall R

The absolute WORSE customer service; horrible company, and non-existent management. We had an issue with their system not sending the code for log in for over a year. Which resulted in us having checks paid out by shipsurance that we had no access to cash. We have literally all proof this issue is in their end, as it’s literally a code not being sent. Super simple, but of course this company has literally sent the same email for a year saying they don’t see an issue. Why would we contact them if there were none?!!!!! They owe us thousands at this point and we’re suing the company!Review from PATRICK R

I have been with Deluxe for over ten years. I am done. My last order came in and I still haven't received an invoice. I called and got two different replies. One saying they would email me the invoice, the other saying it takes up to two weeks to get an invoice. I truly hate change, but when quality and professionalism go to hell it's time to change direction.Deluxe Corporation Response

Their site is not clear as to how to log in. The site gives the impression that you need to enter routing and account info to log into your account. There is no place on the site to enter an order number to see your order status. The standard order does not include any tracking on check orders. If checks are ordered with standard delivery the only option if they do not arrive in a reasonable time is to cancel and reorder. There is no place on the site that I could find to cancel the order on my own. When calling in before even speaking to someone you have to enter your routing and account numbers. Their site and business are consumer-unfriendly at best and potentially predatory as banks will link to Deluxe as their preferred check vendor at worst.Deluxe Corporation Response

Ordered 3part invoices for my company and have for 12 years from Deluxe. Ordered recently from a very helpful associate over the phone, who applied all the discounts she found possible, saying my TOTAL would be $1,3xx.00. My invoice was $1,599.13, charged to my card. Upon calling to dispute, talked to 3 different people until I got the right person, who was rude and claimed I was asking for discounts in excess and must have been provided a QUOTE originally, so I played a recording of the original call with the representative who took my order. She still claims she heard 'ESTIMATE' in the call recording, which was absolutely not the case upon listening to the call. I was clearly given a TOTAL for my order with no claims otherwise. Basically called me a liar. Took my info to elevate the issue, saying someone would reach back out. That was 6 weeks ago, and no call back nor credit card adjustment.Deluxe Corporation Response

See my post below from 1/31/2024. I called and called. Still didn't get my money back. I ordered checks through my new bank, M&T, which uses Deluxe. I spent over $150.00. The checks that Deluxe sent me had the incorrect account number on them; a typo. All of my January 2024 payments were rejected because of this; including my mortgage payment. I've had services in my home shut off because of this issue. It's a major inconvenience that I'm still dealing with. My bank switched to M&T and when I reordered checks, I was brought to the Deluxe website. I was issued a new routing number and what I thought, was a new account number. Then M&T explained to me that the account number hadn't changed, only the routing number had changed. It was Deluxe that made the error by putting the incorrect account number on the checks I ordered. Please give me my money back for the checks (which are useless to me). I can see by the monthly reviews below that customer satisfaction isn't really a priority at Deluxe. Thanks for your time.
