            My son had 4 projects installed by Closets By Design - master walk in; office reach-in; hall coat closet and bathroom linen closet. From start to finish, the process was excellent. The installer was prompt and professional. We are very happy with the product and our interaction with the company.

            We had a large measuring mistake, and during the process of getting our closet fixed I reached out 4 times to the office and was told that they would forward my messages and a manager would call me. I never got a response, the owner, *********************, made my consultant go back and forth between us to figure out how to remedy the mistake, delaying the process. I have never dealt with a manager or owner that refuses to reach out to an unhappy customer. We have at least 2 more projects and will not be using Closets By Design

            I would rate this company 0 stars. The experience with *********** Closets by Design was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any home improvement project. The quality of their product was inferior to what it had been 10 years ago when I did a closet. In addition the installers were sloppy and rude. While working to rectify a number of issues with the install the custom service was atrocious. There was absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction and the management would not even pick up the phone. I would never use them again and will make sure anyone I know does not use them. Awful experience.

            I actually rate this company 0 stars. The designer for our laundry room was good, but our experience went downhill from there. Installation occurred 9 months after making a 50% downpayment. Management was difficult to work with regarding the sink installation, the installation crew was less than enthusiastic about doing a decent job, a large cabinet door was missing and now 2 months later we have yet to receive a cabinet k*** I cringe now every time I see an advertising pamphlet for this company in the coupon mailers, hoping that other folks don't hire them.

            I have read the other 3 people's review for this company (CLOSETS BY DESIGN - ********, **) - I totally agree with all 3 of them - as specially KENIA's review is the same exact problem we have encounter with this company. I had deposit money in December 2021 - They came in March to take the measurements for my closets and promised me to get them installed by May-2022 - Today (June 14,2022) still have not heard anything from them - we called 10 times in last 4 days and 2 times we personally went to the place and talk to the manager and absolutely ridicules customer service and as per our experience I will consider everyone to stay away and never do any business with this company. I am seeking a Lawyer help to get my deposit Refunded to me and get even more compensate of my time and mental stress.

            Got an estimate from Closet by ********************************************* on 11/17/2022 with an install date of 3/28/2022. On 2/21/2022 I received a call that the install date needed to be rescheduled but there is no date for the install. I have called this company 4 times already requesting a call from a supervisor. Every time I call is the same thing-I sent a request for a supervisor to contact you. I am so tired of this BS- no wonder the reviews for this company are NOT good. If you are not able to deliver, do not take any more orders. We are tired of waiting, we want this canceled and we want the deposit refunded. . And if you would like to mention anything your contract- Yes lets talk about your contract because - the contract states the install date is March 28, 2022 which was followed by a phone call confirming the installation date but the company cannot deliver.
