    On August 10, 2022 I purchased a signed PF70 colored Purple Heart over the phone for $379. I was familiar with the values and verified that it was the colored version win-line withvthe cost. I was told it would arrive in 3 or 3 weeks. I never received any kind of verification by email or mail.After a month, I sent numerous emails and left several messages that all went unanswered. After a week, **** finally called me and said it was on back order and would be another few weeks. I was satisfied with his answer.Then months past and I had forgotten about it until a guy named DJ cold called me to sell me more coins. I said I wanted to get the coin I bought in August before buying anymore. He said he would have to get back to me and ended the call. Subsequent calls, he had to get back with me. Over the next week I emailed the company thru their website, and several email addresses.All calls to DJ or **** got transferred to voice mail. Growing frustrated, I sent emails and left voice mails to cancel this, as I had enough of this nonsense. I indicated they are forcing me to contact the BBB because they wouldn't look up my order and provide a status like every other company in the world. Then I received ***** text that I had a package coming. It arrived 11/16/2022 more than 3 months after I paid. I opened it and it was the non colored version. I was sick to my stomach. I don't want it. It is not what I was told I was buying. The only response from emails were to contact your salesman. I need to do this with BBB because they do not reply to emails and have serious communication issues. I want to return the item for a full refund of $379, or receive a PF70 of the colored version. I canceled the order by phone message and email well in advance of them shipping it. I can provide the records and emails of all my calls and emails.I don't want it. It was not what I was told. 3 months is excessive wait and I canceled the order by the only means available.

    Coin dealers based in ********* are licensed by the ******************. One of the requirements of the license is that orders ship within 30 days (unless there is prior consent or agreement with the buyer).

     

    Our investigation into this complaint shows there were no email complaints or inquiries and the few calls were handled promptly. The coin ordered and delivered was the right coin at the right price. The coins the customer says he ordered was a much higher price item and has been in stock ready to ship since his order was placed.

    We sincerely regret and distress caused and the need for this review which is certainly not in our interest. Westminster Mint has been in business 21 years and are proud of the products, services and customer care we provide. To resolve this matter we are prepared to exchange the coins and have contacted the customer to make this arrangement.

    After seeing a commercial on television from Westminster mint, I bought and paid for gold and silver ( per the offering on TV ). Additionally, I paid for expedited shipping! It has been a month since my payment in full and the company still has NOT shipped me the ************* merchandise that was paid for in full. My sales representative ***************************** does not return phone calls. I have spoken to other representatives with NO clear answers, just a run around. Westminter ************************** Grade Precious Metals, their staff is completely unprofessional and unresponsive. I have repeatedly asked for a shipment date or tracking number ( None Provided). I would never again trust my hard earned money to this poorly run company. Buyer Beware!

    Coin dealers based in ********* are licensed by the ******************. One of the requirements of the license is that orders ship within 30 days. Buyers are informed at the time of purchase to allow two to four weeks for delivery and are given the name and direct telephone number of the gold specialist handling their account. This order was shipped in accordance with the terms of the order and prior to us receiving this notification from the BBB. The vast majority of orders ship within three business days.    

    We have no record of this customer asking for or paying for expedited shipping. In fact this item shipped FREE. We have no records of this customer making contact directly or leaving a message with our representative. We understand that people only want what they pay for in a timely manner. The desired resolution to this complaint was delivery of the coins. We can confirm that prior to this complaint the customer was notified of delivery and is satisfied with the outcome. All coins ordered through Westminster Mint have a 30-day money back guarantee. Westminster Mint has been in business for twenty one years and are proud of the products and services we offer and the expertise and professionalism of our employees.

    placed order for coin that was advertized on march 12th ************************************************************** stock call every other day still getting a run around paid with my credit card that went thru not happy with company if icancell order they charge 50 dollars for cancelling
