Is zero stars an option?My latest email communication with this joke of a company after they offered to settle for $5663.00. We never used their services past the initial training session, never booked a single order with their services. Stay FAR AWAY:You can go pound sand. Your company used a bait and switch on us and didnt tell us until after we signed the initial contract (ALL THE WHILE KNOWING WHAT ACCOUNTING PLATFORM WE USED - Sage 50) that we needed to pay an additional several thousand dollars worth to integrate your crappy platform with **** so we didnt have to duplicate our efforts. As is, our assistant needs to enter the orders then RE-enter the orders costing us double the wages. Then we are expected to pay your company for this service? Are you kidding????It wasnt until I was in my initial onboarding training session THAT WAS RECORDED BY SPS (!!!) when I was informed of the additional subscription costs which put us at an overall profit loss. Yall can go #%^ yourselves.Sue me. Put us in collections. I dont give a flying #%^ I havent even started on a social media campaign. Bring it.SPS Commerce Response

They are a sales team with zero actual benefit to their users. I cannot believe there are still clients out there dumb enough to keep buying the sales pitch from this company. *** has no value whatsoever to anyone other than their own invoicing department. Their sales **** will also lie to you and reach out claiming your customers are requiring SPS integration when it is totally false. Using SPS literally makes your operations more expensive, and will make it take longer for you to complete your orders and invoices, totally opposite of what they advertise. This company offers negative value. Find me ONE PERSON who actually uses SPS and doesn't hate it. The only people who claim it's any good are the ones not actually doing anything within SPS, because there is no way any human being on Earth actually thinks the garbage software they have is "good"SPS Commerce Response

Agree with the other reviews. Talk a good game but unable to back up the talk with any tangible deliverables. Do not follow their own contract for billing. Started billing right away even though the contract states that there would be no monthly fees for 2 months. Project manager did hold initial discovery where I discovered that Order Exchange could not deliver what is required to transact in ****Very disappointed in this company and would switch to anybody else if the opportunity presented itself.SPS Commerce Response

Signed up with them and after six months they only completed half the contracted implementation. After months of ignored emails and half answers I think I finally have a working connection (fingers crossed). The only function I've seen to date on the platform is the automated billing, they somehow got that to work from day one. I asked for a refund for the lost months and after weeks of squabbling they agreed to refund two of the six months! This is the worst experience I've ever had with a software company.SPS Commerce Response

I'm 5 months into an implementation that is still broken. I can't invoice my customer and my implementation team is completely inept. I can't even get my account manager to assign the ticket to a different person, I'm being referred repeatedly back to the team that messed up the connection in the first place. They are terrible. They agreed to delay billing until the actual go live and have billed me repeatedly prior to that point. Their customer support team that you can actually talk to only take payments or add comments to cases, no ability to actually resolve things. Feels very scammy.SPS Commerce Response

I've been forced to work with SPS as a vendor of one of their customers twice now. We have our own internal EDI and part of the whole SPS "experience" is having every interaction with them feel like a sales pitch to switch to them. Their customer support staff seem to just be salespeople. Working with them are the ONLY instance where I've had to pay not only for my own EDI setup costs, but also pay SPS for whatever it costs our mutual customer. And I'm sure SPS is charging the customer as well. They charge monthly for access to the testing environment so you better hurry through everything unless you want to pay them more money. Once testing is complete be prepared to wait months before things go into to production while they sort out whatever issues came up probably from ******* through the testing.I wish I had some positive to add but every interaction with them has felt negative. I feel like they take advantage of us, of the fact that as vendors we have no choice but to pay whatever they ask for when they sell one of our customers on their services. They're customer service is useless, they just take your money, try to up-sell you their products, and when it's truly a technical question the sales-tech can't answer you're waiting days or weeks for info from someone that can actually help. Meanwhile, you're still paying them monthly, so no incentive on their end to improve. We recently changed *** providers and as such had to setup new connections to all our partners. This went extremely smooth for everyone except the company that utilizes SPS Commerce. They were the only ones that charged us a several hundred fee to test the *** Connection. Then once taking our money and confirming everything was set up correctly have not had a single *** process smoothly through the system for them. Every other partner on any other platform worked smooth and easy. Only SPS Commerce platform causes issues. Then try to tell us that if we switched to SPS as the platform we utilize then the problems would go away. Sounds like a mafia shake down if you ask me. I suggest you avoid SPS completely and if you are forced to integrate with them to do business with another company, inform that company of the costs and hassles that using SPS adds to your business and that those costs will always get passed along the supply chain.SPS Commerce Response

They are terrible. They changed my cancellation date, and now I am stuck with them for another year. You start off with a base rate and get charged for every single thing. I signed up for my plan to cost $178, and now it's up to $580 for something that I honestly use maybe 3 times a year. I would NEVER recommend them. Their customer service is terrible. I am following up with my lawyer to see how I can have my account canceled.SPS Commerce Response
