Regarding Epic Provisions owned by general mills, I sent multiple emails over the last month and haven't received a response at all. I placed an order and of wagyu beef that I always buy from my grocery store without problems and these seem undercooked. I took two out of the package and they were both like that. Zero response from multiple emails. At this point I would like to refund the entire order for order ******. Please give me a return address and I'll send everything back.

They scam people into spending money on 2 of their BIG cereal boxes to get a **** water bottle and despite having 3 months left of this offer they've already ran out? Not sure they ever actually had the bottles. If they did it's unprofessional how many boxes they printed with this promotion when they are already out.

General Mills advertised a $25 rebate if you buy 10 cans of Progresso soup. I bought 10 and submitted a photo of my receipt on the same day as I purchased them. This was Oct. 1. I emailed them at the end of December to check the status and received this reply: "Thank you for your patience, kindly note your Home Appetit submission has been verified as received. Due to the overwhelming response, please be assured that we are working as quickly as possible to get your rebate processed."I heard nothing after that so in June I finally contacted them again. Through a series of back and forth emails, I was told that the program was over and my entry was invalid because the receipt did not show the date of purchase and they did not consider the submission dates in their processing of the rebates. If they had handled things in a timely manner, I could have re-submitted my receipt as I still have it. I also have the screen shot stating it was received. They provided no way to allow customers to check the status or to simply time stamp the submissions. This seems like something simple to set up in this time of so much technical sophistication.I spent my money on soup that I find expensive and I am disappointed that they did follow through on the rebate. I regret ever giving them my business as I feel they do not value their customers. I used to buy their soup from time to time, but now I don't want to buy any General Mills product.

There was a felon in my box of large-sized honey-nut Cheerios. An actual tiny *** offender was swimming around the little choo choos. I share honey-nut Cheerios with my grandson, this is unacceptable. I thankfully found him before my grandson came into contact with him. I turned him over to the authorities. General Mills does not care about the safety of our children. Do better.

Blue buffalo would not uphold their 100% money back guarantee on their $16 bag of Nudges chicken jerky dog treats after I found a big chunk of moldy slimy dog treat in my bag, it looked like maybe it come out of their machines or something. I have the original bag, a receipt & pictures

I recently purchased a can of Italian style bean soup which contained a s**** that I bit into. I have called multiple times and have yet to receive a letter or a phone call addressing this concerning issue. I will no longer purchase any General Mills products and have warned family and friends also.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This dog food killed my dog (chicken and brown rice) I normally bought the big bag but had to buy the smaller bag at Walmart. After giving the food I noticed the pieces were smaller than normal. Both my dogs started shaking and had no energy. My smaller dog started having severe issues. Would not eat, shaking, severe diarrhea with blood, severe throwing up with blood, etc…it was awful. There were numerous vet visits, a lot of money spent, my dog was never the same after eating this food. We were told by our vet to never give this food again. My dog had to go on medication and change food. The damage was already done though. This food was bought in January and my dog died in May. I sent all of this information to Blue and went back and forth with them for months. The only thing this company did was refund me $100 for a vet visit. I want people to understand just how horrific this situation was for our family. You should not be giving this food to your pets. I would never want another animal or family to have to go through what we went through.

Since switching to Blue Buffalo a few years ago, My Shipoo (Shitzu Mini Poodle mix) dog Nugget developed new allergies- itching/paws inflamed and ear infections. Nugget and Dexter has been eating BB Lamb & Rice version for a few years and ever since Dexter has been getting increased skin issues since then. Recently last month- on 8/11/23 I bought a different version of Blue Buffalo- Blue Senior Dog Chicken & Brown Rice for Dexter but Nugget does get into Dexter's food so he consumed it too. Dexter started new retching since introducing this new version of Blue, then Nugget & Dexter followed with some vomiting- yellow/white emesis with increasing frequency as the weeks passed. Took Dexter and Nugget to their local Vet for continued treatment for allergies and mentioned the new gagging/retching and vomiting in both dogs. Then I switched their usual Blue food to Blue Basics limited ingredients Salmon Skin & Stomach- bought on 9/23/23 to see if this would help with the allergies they both suffer from. On 9/28/23 around 8:15 pm, Nugget was acting hyper and had the zoomies then shortly after I heard commotion in the hallway and seen Nugget laying on his right side, having his first ever seizure! The scariest thing I had to witness and I thought he was going to die! A healthy 2.5 year old Shipoo! Took him to local Vet ER and Nugget was diagnosed with idiopathic Epilepsy but I forgot to mention the new food and did not make the connection until after I watched Dexter eat this kibble. I then thew their food plates of this food away. I switched to a different brand and they are better now, no more seizures or vomiting. I will never buy BB again and will continue to spread the word! I called BB customer service to report it and the rep showed no concern or sympathy and just said to fill out a Medical Complaint form. Only after posting it on social media, Blue Buffalo reached out to me. How many more pets are going to suffer and die because of Blue Buffalo?

I wish there was an option to show photos on here. I purchased ******** *************** Party Pack and every single pizza has NO CHEESE. It was all sauce and a couple pieces of pepperoni chunks. I'm so sick of this shrinkflation nonsense. If you are charging us more money, the product needs to at the very least, stay the same. That's the whole reason for raising the prices, so it can remain the same. I want my money back. That is the only solution here. General Mills products have majorly decreased in quality. And it's so bad that the off-brands have become a staple in my house because General Mills thanks I'm going to fall for their price gouging and a low quality products.

On the front and back of your "Health Bars: Baked with Apples & Yogurt" packaging it boldly states "NO Meat and Bone Meal". Yet your ingredients clearly note "Chicken Meal". This blatantly misleading.
