August 20th 2019 I gave a deposit of $750 and moved in to Greenfiled Estates. Where I lived for 3 years, rent on time no complaints from other tenants. It was almost time to renew my lease when I tried. I was sent with a non renewal email. I was given 2 months to find a new place to live with my 2 daughters. I tried to ask the property manager why. I sent a letter asking if they could reconsider my lease. I was denied. So the property manager said. So I moved out the first week of August. I still paid my last months rent. I have been calling I have emailed I have gone by. I was told I would get my deposit back in 3 weeks. It is now May. I have tried it all. I have only been ignored. My neighbor moved out a couple of months after me. He was given his deposit. My old apartment is being occupied now. I just want my deposit. The property manager who sent me the non renewal email was let go. Now the new property manager had no idea of anything .I talked to her and explained everything. She said she would get back to me in 2 weeks. It has been months and I havent heard anything.

I recently moved out of Arlington Ridge Apartments. I cleaned the unit and took video. and left the place in great condition. I was charged for damages I did not do. They provided photos of the damage. The area next to the tub was supposed to be repaired by the maintenance person. He said he was going to do it when he replaced the toilet when I first moved in. It never got done. Secondly, a huge tear in the vinyl happened when the toilet was removed, the caulk was still stuck to the floor and tore the vinyl. They claimed I broke a slat on the blinds, I indicated it was broken on the form when I moved in then returned back to them when I moved out. They claimed wall damage, The walls were already full of scars of all kinds of holes. I was not responsible for the wall damage. The kitchen was clean, There again I have a video of the kitchen showing all was clean. Furthermore, it is impossible to call the manager office, they say leave a message, but never a call back, the same goes for the emergency number, it just rings and rings. I tried for ten days in January of 2022. The maintenance person performed an inspection several months before my move-out. None of the smoke detectors or C02 worked and he never returned with any batteries or new detectors. I wish to get the rest of my refund I paid $1,100 and $178 was deducted from my deposit for damage and cleaning. I want my $178.00

This housing company knowingly tried to force us to live in illegal bedrooms, asking us to move our beds out of our bedrooms in order to falsely pass inspection. We have numerous code violations in the building and the landlord's maintenance workers have told a tenant that he may be responsible for all repairs. The city is involved and this company repeatedly gives us false or misrepresented information. In retaliation for us calling city code, the landlord sent us an email days before rent was due, letting us know that we had to use a new system. She did not give any of us our log in information and promptly went on vacation, leaving us to have to drive our checks into the company or to try to find someone there who could let us log onto the new system. The landlord falsely claimed to not have recieved messages and emails regarding the maintenance of the building, for which I have receipts. The landlord has also given us two incorrect CRP forms for each individual in the home. They have our total rent paid divided by the four of us, rather than indicating what each person actually paid in rent. I have asked her to remedy this twice now.
