I had an excellent experience working with Standard Heating and Air. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing top-notch service. I had the pleasure of working with Amanda, Ciera, Paul, and Ryan, and they were all fantastic. The sales process was transparent and well-organized, making it easy to understand my options. Paul, the installer, takes great pride in his work, and his attention to detail truly stood out—I really appreciate his craftsmanship and dedication. We've been dealing with them for at least 15 years. We've purchased two furnaces and a central air unit from them along with maintenance. Not the cheapest around, but always reliable and honest in their dealings with us.Review from Dan R

They were quick to respond to our furnace issue. The technician was prompt, polite, and diagnosed the problem (by sound) before he even got to the furnace. He had the needed part on his truck and had it installed quickly.pReview from Tracy W

Gavin came out to do an annual check on our furnace and I couldn't be more please with the level of service he provided. He provided suggestions on how to tell when the filter was ready to be changed and explained what happens if we wait too long. He also checked our humidifier and, while it is old, said it was in good working order. He mentioned that there is a special going on right now, but did not try to sell me on a replacement - just letting me know in case something were to change in the near future. And he left the area very clean, even offering to take the old filter out to my trash. We have always received 5 star treatment from Standard!Review from Bob G

Professional, courteous, and man was he informative!!!! Chad was our technician for a repair call and we could not be more satisfied with the service that we received from him. His attentiveness to delail, and his passion for ensuring we understood everything he diagnosed with our unit meant a lot. Not only did he take the time to explain things in very layperson technology, but he was happy and eager to answer and and all questions that we had as well. We will absolutely be calling Standard Heating & Air in the future for all of our HVAC needs!!!Review from Larry S
