I was evicted by my apartment billing, after seeking rent help. I am a 63 year old eoman on disability since 2009. Lived in my apartment for 7 years. During covid my health crashed, was hospitialized and vould no longer work. Was evicted had no place to move, car breaks when out. Didnt find a place to move until one day before I was to get out. No affordable housing for ********* residences. My car had to be left behind. Had to move 82 miles out of tje *********** where I have lived my whole life to avoid living on the street. And with my health issues would result in god knows what. Thats where ********* nice comes in, no just kidding ***** is no ********* nice. Just business sharks, that start businesses and believe they are not accountable to the laws in the states they purchase licences to operate a business. This Frankies Towing is a prime example of immoral individuals running businesses in the ******************. Frankies Towing is just that, they are called by the press predatory towing companys. Their reputation, by other consumers reflects this fact. They set up contracts with management companies, to underhandledly s**** over consumers. They never sent law requiring notification to me, so I knew where my car and possestions were. I had to call all over to find my car. I have requested a copy of the certified letter of notification that they have my car. I have requested a copy 4 times, because they stated they refuse to resend a certified letter I never received. They have not complyed with my request. They have stated if I want my things back from the car, i must turn the deed to the car over to them. This is also in violation of ********* state laws. The ************************ of ********* has voiced concern and is doing an investagation.Look at the money this man is making, owning a business, breaking state law and stealing from the people of *********. This man has no morals and believes he has a licence to steal, because he owns his own business.

She was towed by her management-sent certified letter to address on dmv 2 days later. We do not control the federal post office.  it is ro responsibility to handle their vehicle.  Gave her a couple options  She said she was getting someone to help her.  Then she decides to write defamatory things about us.  She left her car in an apartment lot in winter the property cannot plow around vehicle they need a clear lot to do curb to curb.  Her stuff is still in her car till jan 10.

I am rejecting this response because:I had to **** down my car, they stated certified mail can't be forwarded, they lied. I called 3 times, ailed them 2 times. Called a fourth time and asked to speak with the manager, they came back to the phone stating he wasnt in and, I could leave a message, he would call me back if he wanted too. YES, this

is exactly what this women said to me. Well apparently he didn' t want to because he didn't. Didn't bother to email, mail ormake any other attempt to send a letter or copy of the letter that they had possestion of my things. Required by law

His avoidance to send this information, so I written proof my car is in their possestion to get help to get it back. THEIR actions or lack of REQUESTED notificarion

Proves they have a side business going, no professional business, but a underhanded scamming business, aquiring vehicles for free and to sell for profit. The ** ************************ shares these concerns enough for an investagation. **, as low income they can not hold anything in the car from me.

IT'S all household needed goods, why would they want to? They are currently demanding the pink slip to the car to get, my things inside back. This request is being done,in violation of ******** Law.

They towed my car from my son's apartment at 10:00 pm. I was only there for a little over an hour. I came out and my car was missing I was ready to call the cops when I noticed a small sign on the corner of the garages saying so parking without a pass. No signs on the entrance or nothing. They should have to post at the entrances if they are and they should not be able to grab a car that has not been in the lot that long. I called the number, and they told me I could come and get it in the morning at 8:00 am for $350.00!! I was flying out at 6:00 am for two weeks.

It is permit parking in that lot.  There are signs at entrance.  If son lives there he would know the rules.  In the month before the complex gave out new permits.  He could have gotten vistor permit from office.

My vehicle was towed after an auto accident. I was lied to by this company for 15 days saying they didn't have my vehicle when they did. The bill to pick vehicle up reflected them having it the entire time even tho I was lied to about them having it so even tho I had the money and was trying to get it I was unable to cuz they lied to me telling me they didn't have it. This company was an hour drive away from me so it wasn't like I could just drive down there and see- especially when they had the vehicle in impound that I would normally drive. The seat covers, a blanket and jacket were stolen and the full tank of gas I just put in was drained to only 14 mph remaining in my tank. This was a police called in tow after accident. It wasn't a company I called to tow my vehicle.
