            I placed an order for an "in-stock" item back on February 9, 2023 for a Game Gear Consolized System. Order #*****. This item has never reached me, never shipped and nearly all communication to the small group never gets returned. They keep taking orders and holding others back further and further with updates via this URL: ************************************************************************************ hide between weather (it was not a bad winter out there), a move that still has not happened, a very small staff, and equipment issues but then fixes it and puts all the older orders to the back to cater to newer ones that don't need parts that could have sent the older ones much faster. I have tried to reach them and have been pretty much unsuccessful. I asked for ETAs and they would not provide them, and its been 100 days since order and paid a very nice premium to get this system out. This has caused a ton of headache over the last two months specifically and just wanted the system. The last email communication was snubbed and I have had enough. I just want the product delivered to me. This should have reached me if it was in stock no later than the end of February, but here we are almost at Memorial Day, no product and no communication, thus the very fair complaint and will not accept retaliation from the staff at GameBox Systems. They need to just not accept orders until they get the older ones and if I am in this situation, I bet there are others in worst shape. I was recommended this product by ********************* Productions of ************* Area via ******* and complained to him for shilling people over to them for this to happen.
