We got what we agreed on. **** and his team we there when they said they would and they were finished when the said. They made a huge difference. We have gotten lots of compliments from our neighbors. We are very happy with the work.

We have just completed a project with Art and could not be happier with this promptness and the work completed. We were impressed by the amount an quality of work he completed each day. We had him rebuild a water feature and large pond for our fish and it looks amazing. He also did a large project with steps down to the lake and we love the look and the safety we now have with all ages going down the stairs. Thank you Art for a helping make our lake house so beautiful!

Disappointment does not even begin to describe how we are feeling about the quality of work done by A Work of Art Landscapes. We gave him a budget to work with and once he agreed to the work, we walked the site several times with Art and told him what we wanted as an end result. I even sent him inspiration pictures to help with his design plan. What we did not bargain for was his lack of communication with us or his inability to handle the scope of work required for this project. He gave us the impression he understood what we wanted but in the end what we got was boulder walls that were failing, landscape that was sliding down the hills, dead plants, and incomplete work. We would go months without seeing him or hearing from him. He would never give us a status update of where the project was or when he would be out next. He was MIA for weeks at a time and then he would just show up. He was never responsive in a timely manner and when he did call back, we always heard how busy he was on other projects. A little frustrating when our project has been sitting idle and still incomplete. We had him out several times to walk the property with us and at no time did he EVER give us the impression he would not finish the work. He spoke of delays and workforce issues but at no point did he ever give us other options to consider so we could complete our landscape. It was easier for him to walk away than to stand behind his work. Beware people!! He does not feel any accountability and after reading his reviews, he is good at walking away. We paid him on time as per the agreement and in the end, we received a faulty product from A Work of Art Landscape. After continued frustration getting Art to finish his work, we had two independent landscape companies come in to review the work done by A Work of Art Landscape and the response was the same. The boulder walls he installed were inadequately built and would need to be replaced within 5 years.
