    I made a purchase 2 months ago and they have sent the wrong custom order TWICE. I now want to return this second incorrect item I received and this time want a refund and they are REFUSING saying that I have to give them ANOTHER opportunity to fix it. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT. I placed the original order on November 28th, 2023 for a custom book embosser. One month later I never heard anything and still did not receive my order ( with NO communication from the company) so I had reached out and they said that the factory made the custom order incorrectly and they needed to fix it (they told me this on December 22nd, 2023). I gave them the opportunity to fix it even though they did not even tell me of the issue and waited until I reached out to them and despite the fact that I would no longer have the item to gift the person for Christmas. I received the "corrected" item last week (2 months after the initial purchase) and they AGAIN made it incorrectly. They made the custom order on the WRONG attachment this time and so the piece does not fit into the embosser handle. I asked for a refund and they asked for photos of the issue. They said they saw the issue but also had to have a video to show it does not fit/incorrect item. Today they email me back saying that they see their error "and will let the factory know" so they can correct AGAIN EVEN THOUGH I STATED MULTIPLE TIMES, IN WRITING TO THEM, THAT I AM CHOOSING A REFUND, RATHER THAN A REPLACEMENT as this is their second error and 2 months of waiting and I no longer even need the gift!. They REFUSE and only respond with "we will let our factory know."The purchase total was $34.95 and I want a return address to send this garbage back to and a full refund. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME. Their email is *************************************** They are a SCAM. They refuse to give me an address or phone number to supply to you guys. JUST email. Manager "*****" refuses to refund me.
