    I have had issues w/our internet for months. I started calling in November. When you call technical support they say to leave a ************** will call w/in 24 hrs. No one did. So after a week I called & hit option 3 and a CSR got a tech person on the phone. They came out & put new modem in shop but the house (our interenet is in & out all day/night can't watch tv w/out it freezing or having to reconnect. internet connection is like dial up literally). The tech said one of the lines & some connectors needed replaced/getting error messages. Here we are (like weeks later) a week since he came last week and no call no show. I called tech support they put it on high alert or whatever they call it & 3 days later NO CALL NO SHOW. I should not be paying my bill as I AM NOT GETTING what I pay for. This has been going on for MONTHS. I called yesterday left message for tech NO CALL BACK over 24 hrs. CSR IS **** & says she has no control nothing she can do. No one answered at tech support today either. NOT PAYING THIS BILL IT NEEDS ADJUSTED. They do not care, they do not show up, they do not answer their phones/call back and it is their equipment that needs fixed!!!!! I can't get any other service due to my location so we don't have the fiber optics or whatever underground to get another company to service. Terrible company with terrible service and they do not care.

    Regarding complaint ******** filed by *********************** of **********, on June 10, 2024 her connection was reprovisioned as ADSL2+. She worked with our NOC **** regarding this and noticed an instant change in the service and was very happy.
