    They put in a brand new furnace and air conditioning in a brand new home that was being built. The far side of the house has very little air coming from the vents so that end of the house is hotter in summer and cooler in winter. I also can not run the air exchanger in the winter to stop the moisture problem on the windows because all the cold fresh air goes to one side of the home and not the other side. They came out once and told me they speeded up the fan on the furnace and that I should let the fan run 24 hours a day 365 day a year. Which I do and I also run 5 ceiling fans non stop. I have called numerous times asking ****** to come out for himself, the last phone call in June he said he be out in two weeks ...still nothing I called last Monday 8/15/22 ****** was out but still no return phone call 8/22/22. This has been going on for over a year now and he gave me his word that he takes care of his customers and its not looking that way, I just want him to fix it or Ill have to pay someone else to fix it then just take him to court over it .Thanks *******************************

    Absolutely **** and I spoke about changing location/rotation of furnace from its original location, I thought we were under the understanding that we could get it turned/moved when we had extra time, We have not been able to get it scheduled yet, but definitely had planned to get it done. It is upsetting to me that you pulled the trigger on filing a claim with BBB. I have always taken care of my customers, and I always intend on doing so.  Please understand that this season has been very busy to free up a crew for entire day to make the changes.  In regards to your phone call last week, yes I did get the message, however I have been working out of the office quite a bit and did not have a date to give you.  I would like to schedule your changes for Friday Sept 16, 7:30 am.
