    They dont deserve a star ********* service date of 12-5-24 at 2pm I brought my Jeep in for new tires. Horrible! They wont replace my rim that they damaged while getting my vehicle serviced! They damaged my rim and its an aluminum rim and what they want to do is a temporary fix. When arrived, I took pictures of my ***************************************************************************************************************** the past which was rude, her name is *******. Then the Manager ****** ******* told me I basically willed damage to my vehicle by taking pictures of it, really? Is that the type of customer service you give to your customers? Not to mention I am a repeating customer as well because I bought 2 vehicles from them. They also suggested on the temporary repair that my vehicle is driven to **** Rapids from ********* which is more wear and tear and miles on my 2022 Jeep Compass. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and I need some resolution to this matter. I feel the damage that they have done to my vehicle is permanent and unrepairable and they refuse to replace the rim. Thank you for your time, looking forward to talking with someone.

    A part (camshaft, rockers, and lifters) on my vehicle was "replaced" by this dealership and was told the part was fixed but the problem still persisted and may need more engine repair down the road and recommended a total engine replacement. My vehicle was returned to me in the same condition even though they stated they replaced the part that was causing the problem. 1 day after my vehicle was returned to me, my vehicle was experiencing heavy oil leakage where an additional 4 quarts were needed to be added. This was brought back to Eides and fixed the leak but neglected to refill engine with new oil and replace the air filter that was soaked in oil. ****** miles later my vehicle is inoperable and I (the owner) looked at the engine myself and found extremely heavy wear and tear on my right side camshaft and rockers (that was replaced three months prior or ****** miles). photos and video were taken and brought to a local mechanic for professional opinion. Mechanic stated: "That camshaft and rockers appear as if they were never replaced. There is no way a camshaft would look like that after ****** miles with an existing engine problem that would require a total engine replacement." This was further brought to the same dealership and stated: "We are not in the business of falsely fixing vehicles. If you want your vehicle fixed, you will need to pay again or replace the engine." Photos and vehicles were shown to the service manager at hand and refused to look at them as well as issue a refund of service given.

    I brought my truck to their service department to get some work done there, it was an *** issue. I checked my truck in and they said they would call me when it was done. I got all the way home and an hour later, yes an hour, I get a call from the Service Manager ******. She stated that they could not work on my truck, I asked what happened and she said that because I gave them a negative survey last time I was there that they could not take the chance of me giving another bad survey. I told them the reason I gave the bad survey and that if I was given fair service I would give a fair survey. She said she would make some calls and get back to me. About 10 minutes later she called back stating they would not be taking that chance and that I would need to come pick up my truck.Now, the next day, I was contacted by an acquaintance that I could take my truck to his dealership and they would take care of me. His team found the problem to be a couple modules, one being the *** module. This module happens to be in back order and so the dealership reached out to **** to see if they had one in stock. **** then informed the other dealership that they would not sell any parts to them based on the name that is attached to the *** (me).********** has been notified with an investigation case number given.

    I feel I was ripped off from ***** where I brought my vehicle in for a main problem to be fixed and then they added extra stuff on my vehicle that had nothing to do with the main problem without my knowledge and charged me extra outta pocket..I feel I shouldnt have to pay for their wrong doings, I feel thats how they scam people and I will never go back there for any business!
