I called inquiring about an auto refinance loan. Phil ****** was my assigned representative and he did a fantastic job. Phil made the process very smooth considering I never had to actually go and sit down with anyone. They were able to get me a better rate and lower my monthly payments. Someone called me from this company today while I was at work stating I asked about their refinance plans. I never did. She stated that I went online in the middle of the night (while I was sleeping) and filled out sensitive information and asked about quotes. I’m absolutely confused. Was my info sold on dark web and this company got my info?! How did they find me? I’m confused and upset. I need to find a way to contact the credit bureaus and get this removed. This is scary! Beware of this company they sound like scammers.
