            We purchased a lot (12/20) from Charles Cudd and then contracted for a home build in early 2021. We closed on the home with open construction items (and a reserved escrow) in March, 2022. There is a relatively long list of unfinished items and items not correctly constructed or in working order. After significant escalation we were able to get a couple of things done. For example - having the refrigerator installed that had been sitting in the garage for 2 months. Charles Cudd did not even enter the home from March thru May of 2022. We moved in for the Summer at that same time.We have attempted to communicate with Charles Cudd 10's of times. In most all cases our calls, texts and emails are not responded to. On two occasions we escalated due to safety or code items and received a response. We are now sitting on quite a number of not completed or not working items in the home. Many of these items have already been funded to Charles Cudd.We have lost all ability to have any influence and see any progress. We would have been satisfied with a plan. We have prepared 3 separate lists, have done several walk-thru's and at those times received positive confirmation that things would get done in short order.We're reaching out to BBB to help us. We literally have no power and have not received satisfaction for the large amount of money we paid for the home.
