    05-09-22 **** the salesman came to my house on March 24th 2022, he informed me and gave me an estimate for my tear off my roof completely and facia , sofit for the front of my house along with aluminum capping for my front window, doorway and garage window. I gave him a deposit of $4,800 via credit card. He explain to me that a roof inspector would come to my home and walk the roof and will notify me of any additional expenses if needed. **** the salesman sent me a text on March 26 stating that the roof inspector ***** will come to my house to get pictures walk the roof and inspect the roof. The inspector came on this date 03-26-2022. I did not her anymore from this company after the roofing inspector came regarding any additional cost. I would like to see ***** the roofing inspectors report. On April 27th I received a call from ****** from ************ at 7:37am stating that I have extensive wood damage and the additional cost would be $9.999 but they would do the project for an additional $7,499. The workers only had torn off the back half of the house but told me the entire house needs to have new plywood. He told me I need 90 sheets of plywood I told him NO that I dont have that kind of additional money. ****** told me that it was too late that they had already torn off all of the roofing from the back of the house. My greatest concern with this issue is that the roofing inspector came two days after I signed the contract and if I would have known that there would be a additional cost I would have had the opportunity to make another decision since this was in my 3 days where I could have been able to get out of the contract and received my deposit back. After the roofing inspection no one contacted me about any additional cost this should have been known during the inspection. This seems to be intentional deception. I asked for my deposit back manager ****** said no I can just get half of the roof done. I felt pressured and great distress Job is done
