This is terrible. I came from *********** which I loved. I called at 10:00 till 6:00 and at 7:30 now to take a shower. Nobody will cover my arm yet or take me

My name is *********************. I went in to this hospital about 8 years ago for my teeth. I could not stay the whole visit because **************************************** works there and not knowing there was a darker side to her . It's been 8 years now iv been probed and orbed by her and there hospital equipment to the point I hemmoraged 4 times in one year went to ********* Hospital ware I was seen by a probing specialist who could not get vitals on me all night and most of the next morning .Memorial denies that ******** is involved. So I did forensics on her and her computer and attained a lawyer. GOOD LUCK MEMORIAL WHILE IN DENIAL.

My child was brought in 3 times this summer for a diagnosis as to why she had painful boils. The first appointment she had labs done. She was being brought in by my sister in law because I was unable to drive because of a broken foot and she was staying there for the summer. After all these appointments I made another when I could drive at our clinic in Buffalo. At the buffalo clinic they told me immediately that her labs showed she had MSRA and north memorial knew at the first appointment but never called to disclose her labs results.(MSRA is highly contagious and extremely hard to get rid of.) Now I am being billed for her repeat visits which they never gave treatment for. In total she had 5 doctors appointments for the same thing. I just think this place is crazy to charge me for this and they will most likely threaten me to get their money. What a total lack of professionalism. My daughters grandfather is sick with a diagnosis of cancer, which is currently being treated for, he couldve become sick because of daughter. Im just outraged at this hospital. I never leave reviews but I just want for others to know what kind of care they give to follow up .

Very ************ Facility. My Daughter was rushed to the Hospital in an Ambulance with a Traumatic Head Injury. Due to a motorcycle accident. Upon arrival my other daughter came 40 minute drive from Hospital. Beat the Ambulance. My Daughter was placed in a room. It was 5 Hours before the Nurses came in to offer assistance and 7 hours before the Dr. came in to give 1 stitch where 4 to 5 stitches were needed and Walked out No Bedside Manners My Daughter had Abrasions all on her face, chest and arms with dirt, grass and pine needles in them. My other Daughter had to ask for a Basin of Saline water and gauze to start cleaning the wounds before the Nurses came in 2 hours into her coming in the ** She was put on a floor that had no training on her injuries, Head Injury, Broken Nose and Jaw The nurse who was a RN didn't even know the difference in the kinds of bandages to put on the wounds. He was pulling off skin and tissue because he put on the wrong bandages and went to get the wrong bandages again. He also stated in the middle of setting up to change the bandages he needed to stop and go to the Cafe to get a Pancake for breakfast because he was hungry and needed to take his break at its scheduled time. She was later 3 days moved to the floor She should have been on for the injuries She had for the care needed. We spoke to Management about this treatment and really it was pass the buck. No one was accountable for their neglecting behavior. I am very upset about the treatment. As to another incident in July where the Emergency Room did not help with a family member having their baby at ************************************************************************************************ saving his life and she was left to bury her child. Do Better North. Stop choosing who you want to help save and treat and not save. You are sworn to save lives not end them because of your personal feelings and emotions. You chose a job so do it. And do it right to the best of your ability.

Maple ******************* JUST ************ First of all Im extremely sick body aching everything else I barely can make it youre driving. I told instructions with parking for urgent care I get to the door. This is at 6:35 PM and no one answers the door so I walk all the way around through the hospital entrance that all the way through the building and then I get there and Im in line and its less say 638, 639 and Im literally thinking they are not going to turn people away in front of me because they close at seven they work until seven taking in the last person until seven like ******** clinic jobs on ************ or any locations and sure enough I get to the desk and I am told that when I go to Park Nicollet, I saw ************* driving here it was closer. Its so rude. Its so rude. Thats a Friday. The doctors want to get out on time. Or maybe the front desk staff that its not the oath of what they took for their licensing, and and and everything else they are here to serve the patients .

If I can give a zero star, I would.A patient was brought in by ambulance with a bad stomach pains and vomiting two hours ago, and he is not even admitted yet. He is in pain in the waiting room, vomited a few more times, and still, no one comes to help him. I called the front desk, asking to speak to someone in the emergency department to check on him, and the receptionist was so rude, he cut me off and would not even help. What kind of care is it??? If the hospital is not going to treat the patient for whatever reason, then let the patient know, and let the ambulance know not to take the patient there. There are other facilities that would take care of the patient as they are supposed to do so. This is the worse emergency medical facility that I've known. Obviously, live or death are not matter to them, they just let the patient suffers with agonizing pains without care.

North Memorial is a HEALTH BUSINESS not a healthcare provider. Cardiologist *********************** is the poster child of scam artists. Schedules me for an echo cardio stress test, then does ZERO follow-up. I have to literally chase her down over a half dozen phone calls & emails only to get a response from one of her assistants telling me "tests were inconclusive and I must come back for more tests." I was forewarned by a clinic in ******* ** that this is a common occurrence at No Memorial and staff there is TRAINED to upsell patients.I've since been seen by another REPUTABLE cardiologist who said stress test was not needed that he questioned *******************' motives.I've also reported North ****************************************** to multiple medical agencies and ********* Attorney General **********' office.Overall - AVOID NORTH MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
