Refused to do required maintenance on ignition interlock.Wants my car in need of service off off of their lot, and threatened to charge a daily "storage fee" if the car was not jumpstarted and moved.Instead of being forced to jumpstart and move my broken car off of ***** lot, it would have been nice to have the needed repair work done for the thousands of dollars we're paying them."It's probably the battery", ***** says, as they dismiss me away from their desk and refuse to take my car key.***** Auto and Tire (the service center) and IntoxaLock are supposed to be working together to perform a vehicle inspection and perform required maintenance. The device is failing.Instead, both companies are using the compartmentalization excuse to turn me away.***** keeps telling me to call IntoxaLock and IntoxaLock keeps telling me to call *****. They haven't called each other to perform an inspection and/or fix the failing equipment. The two companies just keep telling me to call the other company.I would like to *** ***** Auto and Tire for $5000 (less than what we've payed them over a few months for the failing IntoxaLock)

***** had his vehicle towed in on 12/19 because the vehicle would not start and he stated the vehicle had been sitting for a while ( ***** has a breathalyzer installed in his car and has been informed by the company he is under contract with and ********** and Tire that this system puts a significant draw on the battery and the battery will drain if the vehicle is not driven regularly). We tested the battery and it was low on charge, We charged the battery, re tested it and it tested good so we reinstalled the battery.  We called on the same day 12/19 to let ***** know the vehicle was ready for pickup. ******* mom came in and paid the bill on 12/23 but left the vehicle for ***** to pick up. The week of the 23rd - 31st we left ***** multiple voice mails and text messages that we needed the vehicle picked or we would need to charge storage, ***** finally came in on the 31st (12 days after vehicle was finished to pick the vehicle up), The battery was once again low due to sitting so we charged the battery again at no charge and didn't charge any storage so ***** could take the vehicle.  On 1/8 ***** once again had his vehicle towed in because it wouldn't start and wanted an inspection of the breathalyzer equipment. We noticed that the vehicle only had 2 miles driven since 12/31 so we knew the vehicle had just been driven home and parked and the battery was dead again, We tested the battery to be sure and it was low on charge.  We could not get in contact with ***** but did speak to ******* mom and informed her that we can do the inspection but if it is found that the equipment is working properly and just a battery issue they would be responsible for the $99 inspection fee.  ******* mom said ***** no longer wanted to drive so we suggested if that was the case then ***** should call the company he had the contract with and request a removal so they could save the inspection fee.  We received the removal paperwork and removed the equipment the same day
