  The second week of September 2023 I had an accident. I wrote a letter to planet fitness explaining this and to cancel my membership and to stop billing. They have not cancelled and are continuing to try and bill me. I need this membership cancelled, and for them to stop trying to get money from my accounts. The phone number I have called multiple times and it says it doesnt take a known numbers?!?!? Please help me to get this settled. I cannot leave my house as Im still in rehab.

  This member had an outstanding balance for payments prior to September. Due to that we were unable to cancel membership. We have proceeded to cancel the membership without the past due amount being paid as a courtesy to *********************, although that is not standard practice. She will still be responsible for the past due amount prior to September if she does return to the facility.Our phone number listed online of ************ is accurate, and when an individual calls during business hours the phone does in fact get answered.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

  I would like to state for the record, everytime I called this number I rece The same message, this number does not accept unknown numbers. 
  

  However I accept the decision by planet fitness, and thank them for the resolution.
