            Fischer concrete was hired to install a stamped concrete patio. Following completion of the work it was found to be unsatisfactory and per conversations with other contractors was not done correctly.Most importantly the patio included concrete steps with footings. Fischer concrete poured the patio and steps as one solid piece of concrete. This was done wrong and steps should be independent of patio per other contractors, and will most likely crack at steps border or possibly crack steps during first patio movement.Other issues included incorrect patio coloring, shape, terrible step forming, slope is not per code or best practices and a number of other issues.Fischer concrete would not return phone calls refused to refund down payment or even acknowledge any fault. They also used a picture of the patio on there ******** and website without our verbal or written permission.They are a terrible company that will take advantage of other customers.

            Complete ploy to obtain patio for a reduced price maybe even free.. not one issue was brought to the table until after the pour. Meeting at 5:30 am day off pour and party had no concern when asked of anything else aside from extra base which was provided . I have showed many people full videos of patio and everyone loves it.. I offered to recolor and take care of the problem client had and the only response was we dont want to pay

             I am rejecting this response because:

            Patio is not satisfactory.  Not clients responsibility to tell contractor how to properly build patio.  Beyond the major issue with steps and no expansion joint to slab there were many issues with final product that were extremely poor quality.  Client has no Choice but to demo existing and build new.  Can provide new contract if needed.

            Steps in said patio arent done incorrectly they are done a different way than client had in mind and never specified. I find no merit in this claim
