    I applied for an *** loan and was told via email Im denied yet they refuse to give me any legal document stating the denial and reason why.

    Applicant SaDaniel *** attempted to apply for a Commercial *** 7a loan. When applicant was filling out the *** form 1919, he indicated that there was a pending litigations/ legal action open against him. In accordance with *** SOP the lender requested a written explanation and details of the pending litigation to decipher if we could proceed with the application. Applicant refused to provide details or an explanation of the pending litigation.

    At this time, the application was denied due to an incomplete application and not enough information to proceed. This was communicated to the applicant by the lender with a written explanation of the denial within 30 days of the decision.  

    When it was found that the applicant was dissatisfied with the decision and process via social media complaints, a senior leader reached out via phone and email to ensure our standard processes and procedures were adhered to. In this investigation, it was found that our standard practices were followed and adhered to and communicated back to the applicant within our standard timeframe.

    I have not gotten a letter of adverse reaction that the law requires I be provided.

    We have confirmed that both letters were mailed out to the applicant within the required amount of time. To further resolve this, we have also delivered the notices via email to him today. 

    We hope that if the applicant has any further questions that they reach out to resolve.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    Your bank is full of liars. If I was denied on 9/23 why did you sent a note on 10/15 asking for more info? Why is the law 30 days from application Im supposed to have that adverse action and yet the letter was written on 10/24 which is 31 days? I will continue to post negative reviews and contact the government because your bank did not follow laws and do anything in a timely manner. Plus the reasons you have are incorrect because your bank was given that info and yall are all just really bad at your jobs. 

    BBB needs to put this as bank did not follow laws and customer is still extremely unhappy and the BBB rating needs to reflect that. 

    falcon national bank expect to still have this issue to get pushed further because your bank will be held accountable table for your poor everything.
