    For older people too far to walk from parking and then too far to walk to get to destination. Ridiculous Check in is a farce for order people. Then the machine is not working and you need to get help. Why not just have a person verifying your appt??? You make it more frustrating for the elderly than friendly. Get your act together and use some common sense.

    Been trying to get a appointment setup, thru them since September. Their endocrinologist referred me, was approved thru the VA , to see a gut doctor there. Keep being told they need to review my records , since September.

    I loved the nurses at St. Cloud NICU. Every one of them deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the doctors will hold your baby hostage and refuse to release your baby for any number of reasons. They held my baby prisoner because she wasnt drinking a full bottle every 3 hours. Multiple days they refused to release, not because of any real health concerns (she had already been cured of that!). She just wouldnt chug a whole bottle in 10 minutes every three hours. Because you know, babies always eat the way you want them to. They then said they would report to cps if we took the child home. Mind you, this doctor had only actually come in to see my child one time in the 4 days he had been attending her. Meanwhile my postnatal wife with raging hormones is sobbing and begging them to go home. Super healthy to send a baby home with a mom who was stressed from all of that right? Ill bet she produces plenty and the baby definitely wont notice that stress! Garbage doctor.The doctors dont care about you, they want to keep you because every day is more $$. Every nurse, nurse practitioner, case, and floor manager suggested we go home even my primary care physician called in to say as our primary caregiver he suggests us going home. So avoid this place, go to any other nicu, or beg your primary to take care of your baby. I hate suggesting this, but honestly your kid will do better if they just avoid these doctors at ********* centra care.

    I have been going to CentraCare for many years. I have had some great doctors who have taken their time and truly cared (most who have left CentraCare) and I've had some who were terrible. For example, laughing outloud at me and said "yeah, why don't you add some snake venom too?" when I asked about supplements for joint pain. When pregnant I went it for a pain in my stomach that had me in tears. She told me there's nothing there that could possibly hurt so there's nothing, and I could add to these but I won't belabor the issue. I stuck with them because they are who I was with for so long through all my pregnancies, many medical situations and because they have monopolized the entire area they've left ************** to go elsewhere. The latest that has me most fed up is that I was told I would be contacted in ***** months to then set up an appointment for Dermatology for some non-urgent concerns I have. UNACCEPTABLE. Seriously....

    The only thing good about Centracare is my doctor that came from Health Partners. I wish I could give zero stars. Over the last 5-6 years, CentraCare's patient care has taken a huge dive. The way they are automating everything speaks volumes about how they prioritize money over patient care. The same goes for their rotating nurses with primary doctors. this makes every appointment take longer because the nurse doesn't know the patient's full history anymore. honestly, the President should be fired or he should take some lessons from the leadership team at Mayo. They have way more complex systems and their patient care doesn't lack. I will pay thousands out of pocket to avoid CentraCare for anything that requires a specialist.

    I would not recommend CentraCare! I was given an estimate that said I'd have to pay $179 for a procedure so I decided to move forward with it. Four months after the procedure I got a bill for $1800. I called in to find out why I was being charged so much and was told I needed to go back to my insurance, after weeks of back and forth and promises to return my call which never happened, I finally talked to someone in the estimate area and they told me that it was quoted incorrectly but that I'd still have to pay it. Who does that! So now I'm stuck with a bill that was WAY more then what I was quoted. If I would have known it would have cost me this much I would never have done the procedure. Horrible customer service!

    My wife was released from the ********* Hospital ER on 8/12/22 and was sent to the ********************* with ******** LLC, ***************************************************************. ******** LLC billed her $90.50 (Invoice #CPP20205) for the trip and she paid it on 8/17/22. Today on 8/18 she received a second billing for the same trip for $90.50 (Invoice #CPP9281).I do not believe the ********* Hospital should be referring this ******** LLC to hospital patients if it has other knowledge of multiple ******** to patients. Beware of multiple ******** from ******** LLC.
