The microwave that was installed July/2023 has died on ** twice since then. The second week of August/2023 and again on Thanksgiving, November/2023. The issue in November STILL has not been fixed! I was told by the service ***** that parts were ordered before Christmas, but talking to GE, they told me that they were never ordered. The warranty service manager has not returned my numerous phone calls. In a document sent to me I noticed a service tech sign my name on it without my knowledge. We've been waiting MONTHS for a resolution to our issue. GE is looking for a different service provider for us.Review from Jo N

Saint ***** location is awful. We were lied to by the sales manager *********** ( he said he would talk to the **********. on monday as we were in on a sat. - yet did not work monday), sales rep. said to us that he was the third rep our problem was thrown on to him when I came in on monday asking about the frig. since no call had been made to me). 6 week old refrigerator and the 1st compressor goes out, losing all our food. waited a week then a 2nd comoressor fails 6 hrs. after change out. Was told they do not do loaner frigs. A Priez customer ********************** lady helped us out to get the needed repairs or exchanges on used Kitchenaid refrigerator, so that we have a working refrigerator after 2 bad compressors with in 2 months of getting the new refrigerator and losing all our food and ended with a used refrigerator exchange and still paid full price. (Oct. 2022-Dec. 2022) Do not shop at the saint ***** location.
