Able went above and beyond to get the job done. We needed some fireplace repairs done and new fireplace doors installed. Able was the only company willing to talk through options and help solve the problem. Other companies all recommended full replacement of the fireplace (at a cost of $thousands). In the end, Able found a way to make the repair at a very fair price AND agreed to install new fireplace doors when no one else would. The customer service folks at Able were great. Always ready to respond to texts and phone calls. Never left me wondering what was going on. Then the actual repair team was even better. Arrived on time with a call in advance. Stayed to work through a tricky install issue and got the job done. Just top notch attention to quality from start to finish. You won’t go wrong calling Able for chimney related work in my experience.

We had a great experience with Able Chimney Sweeps on 2/12/24, from booking and confirmation to the actual appointment. Our technician (sweeper? Not sure what you call them tbh) was right on time, and extremely thoughtful and curtious. He didn't leave a spec of dust or soot behind, and took time to talk me through the inspection and his recommendations. This was our first time getting a cleaning done since buying our townhome, and it was a really easy experience. We'll definitely be using Able for future maintenance.Able Chimney Sweeps, LLC Response

I was very happy with the service provided. I had my chimney visually inspected and cleaned. The professional was prompt and knowledgeable. He told me his findings and gave recommendations. I am extremely happy with the job Able Chimney did for me. All the employees I dealt with were very pleasant, friendly and competent. The crew that came out worked together very well and were attentive to what they were doing. I was very happy with how they cleaned up!
