I was hired to work as a *** Compliance Coordinator between two buildings, Kings crossing & ***** Hts. I was not welcomed from day one by two of my peers. I was expected to oversee two buildings but never hired as a manager, makes no sense. I was hired for certifications for tenants to be in compliance to renew their lease.My peers would not communicate or update me on changes, they did not like change. One quit & the other was an angry bully, harassing me by intimidating me to set me up to fail. He unlocked my office door, cabinet, desk drawers, left them open, took pics to show manager I did it, he used profanity calling me names, would reset my thermometer to 67o in -50o below. The list goes on, he was fired after I had proof & many situations to bring to HR. They didnt care. The Director I reported to was sneaky, has no creditability in my book. She didnt follow *** guidelines, rules, she took prospects from the bottom of the *** waiting list 2x, when I was there but told me never to this. She did not give out Community Handbooks to tenant when they moved in. Another Director was never vaccinated, lied stating she is to the **** Both women are very sneaky, one says, Ive been here over 20 years, I hope I can say what I want! One gave me a fake vaccinate card. I never used it I did a religious exemption. It all starts with the Leadership *********** keep doing the same thing over & over. Nothing changes if nothing changes. There is no responsibility or accountability. I was to have my computer installed when I started, it never got installed. This made my job very difficult since it was so old. Its a very dysfunctional & toxic place to work at. They dont care about the residents, the building or employees. I was working the duties of 3 different positions, expected me to do managerial, janitorial & service coordinator duties. Fix a/cs & change lite bulbs on ladders, work on fuse boxes when Im 60 yrs old. I was to write up tenants when I was not a mgr
