Where to start, I am a woman business owner and had a emergency situation where my toilet was broke and leaking water everywhere. I searched the internet for emergency fix it companies and they came up with good reviews, I called and they were out with in a day. The guy got here and (I was not here but a female employee was) and called me and told me it would be ****** for a new toilet, I asked if there was a cheaper option he said not really the toilet he was using was about ******* - being I was in a tough situation I told him to go a head. - Well, he bought the cheapest toilet ever - ****** at menards with in a couple weeks the toilet seat broke off. I bought some replacement parts and they didn't work. I went to menards and talked to a sales guy who helped me pick out new parts, they still didn't work. I called ***** plumbing and told them what was going on he sent ****** back out and he said there was new parts. Still not fixed I called back on May 24th and was told to buy a new toilet seat, I said no, I overpaid you - you need to fix this. I just called back and he told me he wasn't going to do anything and I said I was going to leave a bad review and he said I don't give a s***

***************** called on Jan 3rd, 2024, and we installed the toilet that day. We don't buy our fixtures from Menards unless in a pinch and if we did, it would not have been the cheapest. She says within a few weeks the product failed. Why didn't she call us to begin with? 5 Months later (?) I got the call after she had someone else attempt to fix it, which made matters worse. We tightened up the seat and (like the 1st time) tested it and left. Also she made mention that she is a female (and her employee), insinuating that we take advantage of women. I was going to send a guy out with a new seat and install it for free until she began insulting me and threatening to smear my company (since 1951) on-line. She should have called me as soon as there was a problem but she waited 5 months, and she was rude then.Review from Shalom C

I had a horrible experience with this company. I called to have my boiler repaired and a serviceman was dispatched he entered my home and made adjustments to my boiler that actually made it worse. There was no paper tail or follow up with the serviceman. When I reached out to the company for feedback, paperwork or response I got non whatsoever in spite of over ten phone calls and emailing them. They acted unprofessionally and irresponsibly . Very disappointing.
