This place is a scam. If I could give this place zero starts I would. Fist off they told me they accepted my insurance. I contacted my insurance company to double check and YES they are in network. After the intake appointment Psych Recovery REFUSED to send my bill to insurance even tho they are a contracted provider. My insurance company called them directly to get the bill and they still refused. I then paid the bill ($375 for an intake appointment) because my insurance company thinks this whole situation is ridiculous and are happy to reimburse me. However, Psych recovery is now refusing to send me the details of my appointment to get reimbursed. It has been MONTHS and I am still dealing with this. DO NOT GO HERE. They will scam you out of your money. Find anywhere but here. It's also decorated like an early 90's coffee shop. Which is just tacky.

The fact that PRI's ****************** is still working there during an active case against him, for repeated sexual assault of a minor under 13, is completely unacceptable. It is grossly negligent that ***, the clinic manager, failed to inform any patient that they may be sitting down, sharing vulnerable information with a child abuser. Instead, I and other patients had to find out about this case of REPEATED SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A MINOR UNDER 13 on the NEWS. ***, the clinic manager, is completely incompetent and invalidating regarding this matter. Instead she frequently said we can find care somewhere else. The clinic manager was more than dismissive. ***, the clinic manager, was 100% belligerent and was about to start yelling at my mother. In fact, Clinic manager was defending the fact that she was already aware of the case against ******************! And then again repeated we have every right to find care somewhere else. If the clinic and it's management are so aware, Why isn't Dr.G at least put on leave? And why on earth was nobody informed? This situation has been completely mishandled and it is reckless to have let this continue. I will be contacting further support and potentially filing a suit, and have so been recommended to contact our AG; which may be my next stop after this. This whole situation has made my mother and I, among others, feel compromised and unsafe. Psych Recovery *** is not a safe space and the *** obviously does not care enough to at the very least put out an allegation notice and put Dr. ******** on some kind of leave and redirecting his patients somewhere else. I would not suggest putting your trust in this establishment, if it can even be called that.

******************** may be a ok person but her business practices are not above board. They attempted to charge my son for a no show zoom appointment after calling the wrong phone number and charging mr for a late cancellation that she canceled. This can sit in collections for 100 years. Very concerning behavior for someone in the medical field .
