Mar.12.2023 at 1PM My partner and I walked into the establishment and sat at a table. I was on hold with a business call I was trying to finish before I started my laundry process. We have been in the establishment to use the *** encountering a different employee one time before with a bad additude but it was close to closing so I assumed it was bad timing. The owner approached us immediately stating there is graffiti in the bathroom so there is no loitering. Confused about what that had to do with us we ignored her trying to finish the phone conversation when she comes back quickly asking where our laundry is. We ignore her again because she is very aggressive. We are now getting ready to leave because the racism is extremely obvious. The woman starts yelling that she is going to call the police. My partner starts apologizing as we are leaving. The woman follows us out the door with a small child no coat on in 20 degrees snowing weather describing us to police. It was like a racist video you see on the internet. The police take no report and it was extremely alarming and scary to be racially profiled and discriminated against in my own neighborhood.

We maintain a safe and clean environment for our customers to do laundry. We are proud of our employees who are all different ethnicities. If you are drunk or not doing laundry, you are not allowed to hang out in our laundromat for the safety of our customers and employees. ***** and her friend were not doing laundry and were acting a little odd. When they were asked to leave because they weren't doing laundry, they refused and started acting in a volatile manner. Our employees are instructed to call the police if they are threatened. The police were called and while our attendant was on the phone with the police, ***** and her companion left but not without yelling and screaming. We do not tolerate any racism as we are proud of our attendants who are all different ethnicities. We strive to maintain a safe and clean environment for all our customers.Customer Response

This is a completely untrue statement and there are cameras that will collaborate with my account of events. Provide the evidence of the allegations made. This is now turning into defamation and needs to be investigated.
