    Worst company ever! Do not use this service. They are robbing you blind and when you have an issue, they do not call you back or respond to any of your requests. 3 years of service with this company and my lawn was still not green and full of weeds.. They can't find your property line and must not care about their customers in any fashion. Called to cancel my service after they killed a large portion of my grass only to be billed over and over and emailed bill after ****. Try any company but this company. Tried to reach a manager 3 times only to be ghosted and no return call. You would think they would not want bad reviews but even the owner's email bounces back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I switched to a new service and after only 2 treatments, I now have the green lawn I was paying Spring Touch to try and get for 3 years. What a joke.

    I have called Spring Touch Lawn and Pest at least 4 times over the past 3 years to remove my name from the advertising mailings but still receive them. The last time the customer service rep told me its 3rd party and they don't have control but she would try to remove me . (Again) thanks

    Spring Green has done a fantastic job providing the fertilizer, weed and pest control services for me for the last 4 years. Far better than i was doing myself and the experience I had with another lawn service that decided to focus on lanscape / hardscape and got out of the fertilizer / weed control services... two thumbs up to Spring Touch.

    Ordered the 5 application package. I was told by people on the phone as well as prerecorded messages that my lawn will be treated a minimum of 5 times. I call to confirm, they continue to tell me that it is scheduled and that is all they could give me for information. The business clearly has no control over their employees, schedule, or customer service. BEWARE!!!!

    Spring Touch has treated my lawn for several years. I am surprised to see so many negative reviews on this website as my experience with them has been positive.

    This business reeks of incompetence. They treated my yard, but Im not a customer. Came to the wrong address, put chemicals on my yard without my permission, one day before my normal lawn service came to treat it. Now Im worried about my lawn burning up, customer service for this despicable company was rude and didnt really care that they had treated the wrong lawn. Dont ever do business with these people, incompetence is there middle name.

    When you let me know that you've fired the incompetent technician and your customer service agent who was by far the most rude, despicable person I've ever dealt with over the phone, then I'll contact you. But until that day, Ill make it my mission in life to destroy your company by telling as many people I know what your company did, those I've already told are appalled that something like this could happen. But reading all the other BBB complaints, you see a pattern of trying to blame the victims of this despicable company. While I do appreciate your apology, Its not enough for the violation I feel, I still can't believe that a company came to my yard and dumped chemicals on my lawn that I DID NOT ask for, and then a company spokesman said its not big deal, my lawn will just be greener!!!!!! Are you kidding me? Who is it that you employ, having troubles finding competant workers?

    DO NOT USE SPRING TOUCH!!! I prepaid for the services I wanted, they still came out after my services which I didnt ask for and charged me, Which I'm not paying for. And again they tried to come out and was gonna do the fall aeration again which I didnt ask for. Glad we were home and went outside and asked what they were doing and said no. When you prepay for something thats what you want and nothing more!!! I have used them two years in a row and they have done this to us!!!! They are s******* people!!! I will not and do not recommend anyone to use these people. I give them no stars!!!

    Hello ****,I'm sorry to hear about your problem with our company. After checking our records, it appeared you were signed up for aeration through our customer assistant website. I'm not sure how this happened but I am having our software company investigate the problem.As is our company policy, if a customer receives a service they did not authorize, the charges are removed. The charge was removed and you have a zero balance on your account. Spring Touch was founded in **** and through those years we have treated ***** of properties and have faced many challenges. Like most service companies, our biggest challenge now is not finding work, but the labor shortage. If we had known you didn't want the aeration service, we would have never scheduled it. We are very sorry about the scheduling mistake by our software.
