    The company goes by Quality Auto Recycling.******************************** ******** **. *****. I purchased a used engine Friday, October 27, cash, using my debit card, for the amount of ******** for a 2013 ***** s60 engine with ****** miles, VIN number *****************, I asked that they tell me the exact time so I could meet the delivery at the business performing the work. They delivered it to my mechanics business a day early from ****** ** and did not notified of the delivery as I requested. It arrived a full day early than I was told and my mechanic unloaded it. The motor read a completely different VIN number and also read on the timing belt cover that it had been changer at ****** miles in March of 2017. Well over 4****** 6 years ago. When I called sales person ********************* he said they would have the engine picked up, get the one I bought or refund my money. Now they refuse my calls and have not done nothing to resolve this issue. I simply asked them to send me the motor I bought and researched through CARFAX or a comparable engine and suggested multiple reasonable resolutions but they have done nothing and refused to *************. Now I simply want my money back and to let you, the BBB and all others to be aware of this bad business. Please help me. Thank you, ********************* ************

    Basically I purchased an engine on Sept 2, 2023 for $3,000.12 ($3,200.00) I was told once I get the engine the other $200.00 would be charged to my account I had to cancel this order because my car was stolen(2017 Kia ******** 2 days later . So I contacted them by phone but I could never seem to get a hold of them that way they only seem to text so I text him and told him what happened so I no longer needed the engine so he said itll be $200 cancellation fee so Im like ok He said I had to pay that by PayPal now that was odd but I didnt think nothing of it I paid itHe said the engine had already shipped so I had to wait for it to come to me then refuse it so theyll ship it backwhich I did now it didnt take long to get to me but this is where things got weirder Im calling and texting him he keeps telling me they havent gotten the engine back ! So I contacted the shipping company got the tracking number called everyday to track it. Once it made it back to them I called/ text them back saying yea yall have the engine wheres my refund this went on for days so I contacted my bank and opened a dispute so 2 days after I did this now they text me and say 2-3 business days youll get your refund so Im like cool nightmare is finally over about a week later I get credited $2,000 back into my account my refund is $3,000.12 ummm wheres the other $1,000.12?So I text/call them again and he said Lemme see. So here I am still fighting for my money (plus I have the entire paper trail / text message from day one with them to support my claim)
