Bought a case for $22.95 Sale price. They kept taking out $15.95 every month the customer service number is just a recorded line and no one calls back. This business in all honesty is a scam.Review from Kristina P

The case arrived completely shattered. It's flimsy and overs zero protection.I ordered over 2 months ago and noticed another charge to my card today. And I have no way of getting ahold of the company. It took the last 20 in my bank account and now I have no money until payday.I hope this company knows they are thifts!!Review from hope h

Both confidential cases ordered for me and my wife were a piece of trash. After a week of usage they cracked. Ended up trashing it. In addition, after checking my credit card statements over the past three months Ive been mysteriously been charged a $15.99 on my card from confidential cases when I had already paid for the cases. Purchased this case for my son's phone after he saw a TikTok video on it. It took well over a month to receive and broke within a week of using it. I have now noticed charges on my bank card for ***** the past 2 months. There is not a phone number to contact them and the contact button takes me to a weird website to email them. I am going to have to dispute the charges and put a hold on my bank card! Do not purchase from this company they are a scam!Review from manuel m

Wow let me tell my experience with these thieves I order a case waited for a long time when it arrived it was damaged I emailed them they gave me the run around they wanted pictures so I sent them to them waited again i asked for a refund they plainly said no to me even tho I said I didn't want another case so im still waiting for it nothing yet now checked these out looked my bank account and now they want to charge me for the replacement that they said they were going to sent these company is a joke and they rip u of there trying to take the payment now with out my permission thats stilling so not only these company is worthless there thieves im going to report them so don't buy anything from these crooks ......Review from Matthew A

Horrible experience I have been waiting over 2 months for my case and still have not received it. I reached out to company and they told me it shows it has been delivered and refunded is not possible. They then told me there are not liable for lost or stolen items. They will not refund me or try to send another one.
