I received a call telling me they were a collection agency and owed over $500 for labs through US Diagnostics for labs done last November. They were rude, wouldn't listen to me that I did not . Kept insisting I received statements which I did not. I checked my EOB and have proof ******** paid my labs which was through *******. Called ******* who stated yes my bill was paid. They insist I pay or they will take me to Civil Court. I have called my attorney. I do not owe a bill and this appears to be a scam.Review from Jennifer C

********************************** repeatedly called my elderly mother in law demanding payment for medical services. They would not say who was the provider, the services provided, or dates of service. They would not mail a bill or statment-just demanded payment or they would come to her house. She was frightened and paid them. She was terrified they would be banging on her front door demanding payment. Aviva then proceeded to call every month-she has paid over $2500 in the past 18 months. We've reported it as fraud to the credit card companies involved. DO NOT GIVE THESE BOTTOM DWELLING BLOODSUCKERS A DIME! THEY PREY ON THE ELDERLY!Review from Beth W

The called me yesterday, August 1, 2024 and said I had failed to pay a debt to US diagnostics for blood panel work up, etc. in the amount of $564. She told me the company had sent numerous statements to me that I hadnt paid. They claimed the tests were done in September, 2022. I did not have any medical issues at that time. They threatened that they had to collect immediately or extreme measures would be taken. I gave them my credit card information. I then called my Credit ********************** and they cancelled the charge and cancelled my card. I received another call this morning from them asking why I reversed the charge and she became very defensive and I hung up on her. I have read other reviews the same as mine. Never received a billing statement from the company Avivaxwas trying to collect for! Agent was tersw and spoke so quickly it was difficult to understand...felt somewhat like Fraud.Review from Derek B

This company is a scam going by Aviva Industries LLC. They say they are a collections company billing you for charges that medical insurance didn't cover. DO NOT PAY them. Contact your doctors to make sure your recent appointments weren't sent to collections. They deserve to be put in jail.Review from Elizabeth E

This company has called me daily telling me that they have my debit card on file and they are processing a payment for 400 dollars, even though I paid it and have given them my payment confirmation invoice number every time. Each day that they call they are rude and argue with me until I give them the proof that I did in fact make the payment. I am then told that someone will contact me. I have asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and have been hung up on. I am being called at work and have to step outside to talk to them, this in interfering with my job. I have tried to call the number for the company that I found on the BBB website and that number is not taking any calls. I am growing increasingly concerned about the credibility of this business. In addition, in order to submit this review I was made to choose a star rating, I had to give them 1 star in order to submit however they do not even deserve that.
