  I am unable to leave my house.

  On 4/23/24 I checked my mail in the morning.  There was no hanger of a notification on my front door ****.  On 4/24/24, the street at the end of my driveway was dug up.  I have been unable to leave my residence due to this issue for the past five days.  I called on Friday (4/26/24) to have this issue resolved & I asked to speak to the superintendent.  They said they would notify him to call me.  I called several hours later and mentioned that no one had called me.  I was told that I would be notified again and the issue would be resolved the next day.  I was never called back and the issue has not been resolved.  They mentioned that they cannot pour the concrete if it was wet out which I understood.  I suggested they did an alternative method temporarily (such as lay down plates over holes like they have in the rest of the neighborhood) so that I could leave my house.  They said they would resolve the issue on (4/27/24).  It is now 4/29/24 and I still cannot leave my house.

  The resident was lettered 48 hours before the street was dug out. He was lettered on Monday 4-22 and the street was dug out 4-24. The ******* knocked on the door on 4-24 because the car with the flat tire was still in the driveway. We typically knock on the door if their is a car in the driveway to make sure to see if the person needs to get their car out before we dig out through the driveway, no one came to the door. We did not hear from the resident until Friday about the letter, he confirmed he received the letter. The letter states there will be 7-10 days of the driveway being out of commission for: excavation, rock, form , pour, and proper cure for the concrete to drive on. This is standard for replacing street slabs. Obviously concrete can't be poured in the rain, which happened Friday and today. The street should be poured tomorrow.
