            Contacted company on line. Filled out inquiry ticket. Was contacted by representative. Told representative I wasn't certain what we needed, but that we needed a dumpster our local trash service could pick up. Representative stopped by our house unexpectedly, claiming to have been in area. We wrote a $300.00 check for down payment on a dumpster with his (***'s) assurance that he would contact us prior to order processing or delivery to let us know if wheels were a possible option, and to find out for certain what would best fit our needs via photos. We didn't hear from him...and within two weeks a dumpster showed up at our doorstep. We contacted him to find out what was going on, did not hear back, but kept receiving a bill through the mail. I contacted number on bill, and since then have been receiving non stop jumbled e-mails from ***, that have only been leading to more confusion and questioning...we would like to get a 6 yard rear load dumpster with wheels, if a six yard rear load is not available with wheels, we would like a four yard rear load with wheels, if neither is available, we would like a refund, would like the company to come get the wrong dumpster they mistakenly delivered, and to stop all communication with us.             This issue has been resolved amicably with the customer. The containers is being replaced with what the customer intended to order.
